Haha... immature/jealous Hikaru is adorbs. Why don't you just tell Sora you don't actually have a model gf called "Kokoro-chan"? This is why she thinks there's nothing between you two because of your lie while everyone thinks otherwise ~
I still don't know what to feel about the father though. Can't wait what will happen on Ep. 9. Looks like Gon-chan will be jealous as well looking at Sora, Aoi and Ichinose as a "family".
At first, I thought this drama would center around the romance of Sora, the daughter, just like the title implies, and even the synopsis but the title literally has nothing to do with the plot (well, although Sora is kinda (?) dating Wataru-sensei but it doesn't seem so, so I guess that fits... lol). This is more of a mother-daughter story. But I like how they flesh out the story with the supporting cast as well. This is a great drama showing how you can love someone unconditionally even if they're not from you or related to you. Blood isn't always thicker than water. I'm kinda interested also in Hikaru's background because that one phone call with his mom suggested he had some things going on with his own family, however I guess with just two eps, that's impossible.
Ofc, I love the friendships in here. AoixGon-chan, SoraxSally, and SoraxHikaru. They're relationship goals. Honestly, I wouldn't have wanted SoraxHikaru as endgame (romantically) if not for their great chemistry. If they had been just shown as merely friends from the start, I would root for this genuine, warm and unadulterated relationship they have with each other. BUT, Hikaru is such a precious, precious boy ~ Where can you find someone who would cry for you because they're worried you might break down? Someone who promises to pick up the phone in just three rings? In this world we live in, if we find that someone, we shouldn't let it go because those kinds are a keeper ^^. I would be really bummed out if at the end, Sora does indeed end up not having a boyfriend... HAHA... just like the drama title. Anyways ~~
I think we can collectively agree that Minami and Kenshi need to have their own drama. I don't care what genre…
Definitely ~! I believe they will... most young actors/actresses nowadays tend to work with each other more than once or twice even so we might see them working together again (hopefully soon ~). Unlike actors/actresses my age or those older, it's really hard to see them work together again.
I swear, I won't stop gushing over them until I see them in another drama as main leads ⊙∀⊙

You know that it's a One Ok Rock soundtrack if it's a Rurouni Kenshin movie ~ ^^
