I hope it would not affect JDY future works much after time passed. Always support him.
Yes, I hope not. I believe he's a strong person amidst all this controversy, considering his personality. I know he has an upcoming film so he'll probably focus there in the meantime. There's even two dramas offered to him, so ~
Yeah, I'm aware it's the same screenwriter. I swear, some Knetz really are just indeed different creatures. They always take their precious time hating on someone.
My heart goes out to the cast and the production crew. It must have been hard and sad. Can't imagine the effort and hard work they have invested in this. I hope JDY won't get discouraged. And I look forward to his next project if this drama never gets to see the light again.
Alice is really gorgeous in here... not that she hasn't been ^^... I can really see the resemblance of her sister, Suzu, in her most of the time. They are such pretty sisters ~
A befitting ending. Jdramas are really good in, like, giving a room for the audience to imagine what could happen next. No one can pull it off like them. It implies that even though the drama has ended, the story of each of the cast will go on, leaving all that in the viewer's imagination. Everything is all up in the air. Ofc, I would have loved for a more development on Hikaru and Sora's part as well (as I strongly ship them ^^), but that little confession of Hikaru to Sora that he actually didn't have a girlfriend named Kokoro-chan is already the first step in their relationship. We already know that their feelings for each other are mutual and it's just a matter of time before they themselves admit to it. And they will be in each other's lives for the long haul.
I love Sally's statement of trying to reach out in the dark, your hand touches someone's shoulder and you feel safe , that is someone you needs the most, as it applies that Aoi is to Gon and Sora is to Hikaru. This is actually a pretty accurate advice for all of us who might be in the same situation of hesitation and confusion.
One of the best parts of this drama, ofc, is the daughter and mom relationship. I can't say my relationship with my mom is similar, but the overall feeling is there. There's still no place like home.
P.S. I wouldn't mind a sequel focused on Hikaru and Sora's relationship though XD. I'll be looking forward to their next team up together again. Oh, and now that I think about it, they didn't even have a proper hug ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Irino is such a refreshing male lead. I don't think I've seen a male lead like him before. Okada Kenshi plays…
That is so true. We need more male leads like him. I'd be looking forward to Kenshi's works, as he's a relatively new actor compared to Minami who's been acting at such an early age. Would love to see them again together in a drama centered on them since they got this great chemistry. Didn't expect to like this pair if not for this drama. This is their second time working, though the first one is just for a commercial but I have a strong feeling they'll work again more ^^ ~
The confession between the two through the haiku was EVERYTHING. Genuine and heartfelt. So rare to see in life.
So the ending, I guess An then went to Subaru's ?
