I guess I might understand it fully when the subs come out... it looks to me that there's been two souls in one body all throughout, it's just BH's more dominant and that we have been watching it from his point of view that it somehow feels a bit unsatisfying (?) if I might say. But if I think about it, the feelings and emotions BH has been feeling all along are all So Yong's in the first place. And he just embraced it all without prejudice. Isn't that kind of amazing though? ^^

Edit: Plus, Bong Hwan still has his own life, the present, that he needs to go back to. He's that catalyst that changed the history of Joseon, but most importantly of the King and the Queen ~~

Okay, so I saw the text preview and the Queen being in pain is because Bonghwan's spirit is returning, I guess, to his real body.

I hope Viki subs the spin-off as well.
