Now, I can finally say my farewell to this drama.
Even tho the feelings I had when I was watching the first part last year may not be the same this time, I stayed for my favorite character and the acting performances of the cast.

Thank you, Xiang Liu, for accompanying me last year and this year for the same month of July. You are now FREE. In your next life, may you finally have someone to rely on, someone to love you, someone to protect still, be worry-free, and unshackled by any duties or responsibilities.

Thank you, Tan Jian Ci, for making Xiang Liu come to life. You say you thank Xiang Liu for allowing you to play him, but I say otherwise, coz you can only be the one who can portray our nine-headed demon. The way you embodied XL is just beyond words. I thank LYF coz I got to know you, you multitalented guy.

Through this drama, I also discovered such a talent in Zhang Wan Yi. There's nothing more to say about Yang Zi coz she slayed, though XY might not make it to the list of FL characters I am fond of.


P.S. The secret MVP is A Nian. At least there's someone who knows some of the things XL did for XY (aside from us ). Love the way she insisted that XY always bring the doll wherever she goes.
Lastly, the Lost You Forever title is mostly for us, viewers, who lost XL ~

I watched it last year after I watched LYF and discovered him (:

I don't need to test mine coz my love language is indeed an act of service.
I grew up in a culture where saying "I love yous" to your loved ones is not very common. So I show it by action.
“Love is not what you say; love is what you do."

And XL's love is just like that, with a bit of selflessness and letting go.

I actually wouldn't have loved or prolly like XL if it wasn't for TJC.
I was mesmerized by his acting and how he made XL come to life with his spectacular performance ~
And it was my first time watching him, too, in this drama. Very rare for me to have an actor/actress capture me this much.

Hmmm... I thought he had more screen time in the first part coz he has less this time coz his absence for how many episodes are very evident and he only pops for like a good minute or two.

But I always wanna associate the terms genereally on how it's supposed to be used coz CX is the main lead.
I've watched dramas where there's main leads who aren't necessarily the love interests.

I already accepted the endgame since last year so I'm solely for XL.

ML is CX.
TSJ is the love interest. There's a difference.

I was there and, yeah, the viewers were at 270k plus when it ended.

That's what I learned, too, that most readers don't really know what XL's emotions are at all times. But I do remember reading this particular scene of XY giving her blood but no scene of XL holding her after she fainted.
