She certainly still does have those feelings, but I don't think it's romantic. SRQ has been her companion all those years in the past so, naturally, as the type of person she is, the care wouldn't simply just go away in one night. Deep in her heart, she prolly cares for him. If only he wasn't going against her currently, maybe they could at least have been good friends.

My main issue is that I can't resonate with the character. There's something I can't pinpoint that's kinda missing about him. And I'm usually all for good guys. I also agree that, yes, he's the most suitable partner for XY coz he's all she wants in a man. There's no doubt about that. Case closed.

Perhaps coz XY, CX, and XL stand out so much coz of the complexity that they bring as characters that TSJ is somehow overshadowed by it. And then also them being more veterans in terms of acting is quite a huge factor.

Haven't met a character who's a fan of "self-harm" 😅

Seems XL doesn't like saying goodbye. Even as FFB, he didn't even have the courtesy to at least do so to XY. (I mean, what do I expect of a nine-headed demon?) Guess turning his back and walking away every time looks more sorrowful and impactful 😅
Which is why even till the very end, he won't ever say/do it.
