Title Wacko at Law Spoiler
Was Mai Da Qi ever cure of his L365?
No. From what I understood, his illness wasn't curable. I really wish the show explored that more because it was an interesting angle.

Yeah, it's your average cliched teen romance web series but it's really enjoyable. Guilty pleasure kind of drama.
GREAT, you had me convinced. After watching a ton of dark J dramas, I always need something cliched & teensy to rejuvenate myself lol

P.S These days I'm everywhere LOL. This site is addictive.

if you liked it, it must be good. will add this to my PTW list.
Yes, it's really good (and this is coming from someone who works in the legal profession). This is one of the few J dramas that had me switch to J dramas almost entirely. I randomly came on the page & was sad that not many people have watched it since 3 years ago. Also Kaname Jun is one hell of an underrated actor.

Absolutely LOVED her in Kono Yo No Hate & Kou Kou Kyoushi. Her characters had this silent strength that is not easy to convey. Can't believe she didn't become huge in the 90s.

One of my wishes before dying is to watch the remaining three episodes subbed.
Praying that your wish be granted.

Yes!! I also lol’d when Jugemu ranked Jui-chan number 1 in the Miyamura family and Yosuke way at the bottom.
Hehehehehehe IKR

Title Horimiya
A wholesome coming-of-age drama about the good old days when life revolved around school, friendship & love.
Highly recommended for anyone that wants something light, fluffy & nostalgic :)

Person Shibasaki Ko
She was also in 47 Ronin with Keanu Reeves, but since she never smiled, I could hardly recognize her!
OMG THAT WAS HER?!!!! No wonder I thought the actress looked familiar!!

anyone else find it cute that no matter how moody Jugemu gets, he always calls Juichi "Jui-chan" no matter what
Yes, it is super adorable! Sigh I will miss this show so much.

You need to watch more J dramas. So many of them are brilliant.
Nope, not yet. Planning to watch it soon :)
Tokiwa Takoko led me here, she starred in some of the most romantic & iconic J dramas from the 90s!

Osozaki no Himawari actually was the drama that introduced me to slice of life and had me in love with it, I was…
SAME! It's one of very first few slice of life dramas I watched & I felt compelled to list it here because it's a must watch!

Spoiler tag please. As much as I hated that Rika was the only one who was left all alone in the end, I appreciate…
IKR she was such a sweetheart. I love Suzuki Honami (the actress who played her) as well. HANDS DOWN one of the most brilliant Japanese actresses.

I've watched the 1991 version of this drama and I can confidently say this was never meant to be a romcom. Also,…
Cool. I love dark dramas too. And Japanese dramas can get really really dark. They don't sugercoat stuff. Tempted to recommend you some great dark stuff but I don't want to bombard you with recommendations lol. Let me know whenever you want more recommendations :)
