Yeah, me too, I hope Kyung will move on, but with this "Trumped Creeper" background, I don't think it would happen any time soon. Like you said, the story seems to repeat itself, Kyung has this second lead's role to play and at the moment, I don't see him give up. But it would be very refreshing if the Extraordinary's writters wouldn't wait the last episode to give Kyung a new state of mind ^^

You are right, it's not really a love triangle, as it is more Haru and Dan Oh being in a relationship and Kyung trying to get between them ^^. But I still think it's a useless trope, that is overused in the dramas, and I would have liked if Extraordinary You would have done without.
It's true that we have seen a lot more of the supporting cast (Joo Da, Do Hwa, Sae Mi, Nam Joo) these past episodes, and it was great ! When I wrote my first comment, I didn't watched the episode 9 and 10 yet, so now that I did watched them, I am a little more optimistic about the following episodes ^^. I like that the writters put attention on the secondary characters, more than in most typical dramas actually, I am just disappointed with the way they deal with the importance of Dan Oh and Haru in the manhwa.
And of course, everyone has opinions, that would be boring otherwise :)

of course, it depends on your point of view, it's only a matter of opinion, I was only expressing mine. For me, it is a problem, and a big one. They were selling the drama like this "Dan Oh is a supporting character, how is she going to take controle of her life when her whole life is supposed to revolve around the main ?", well, for me, all of it is meaningless the second Dan Oh isn't actually a supporting character at all.
Of course, I knew from the get go that the drama would be all about Dan Oh and Haru, it's all too normal, but I was hoping for more... depth. I was hoping to see the story from the eyes of one of these supporting characters that I loved in other dramas -because I am a BIG supporting cast's lover-, a character that is not in the spotlight, that isn't loved by everyone, that hasn't any kind of wonderful fate, that really felt extra. It's difficult to put it in words, but that was what I was hoping for, a drama where the main leads are actual supporting characters, but obvisouly, I knew from the beginning that this is not how it works in dramaland -not often, anyway. Basically, they were selling something to me, and they delivered another product, but I did buy it knowingly.
So, once again, I understand that most people are happy with the direction the drama takes, and that is great, the writters must have made the good decision, but I am disappointed, nontheless. That being said, there is a lot of things that I love about Extradonary You, the whole universe, actually, and all the irony about the cliches in dramaland, it's very funny to watch, and I have good hope they will treat Joo Da, Do Hwa and Sae Mi right -and at this point, it is all that matter to me. I don't see the struggle of supporting characters fighting for the meaning of their existence, I see falling stars fighting to rise again. And it's very disappointing for me.
And so, here I am again, like for every other drama before, rooting for the actual supporting cast that is Joo Da, DoHwa, Sae Mi, Nam Joo... basically, nothing very new.
I really hope that they will make sense of it all, and won't forget the supporting cast, and that these love triangles won't last until the end, but at this point, I don't know what to think.
I really wanted to watch this drama, but I am on episode 8 and this is getting unbearable. I love Hwang-Gi, he's so sweet and I am all behind him, but there's a thing that I can't tolerate ; how can he be remotely close to this piece of shit that is making his little sister suffer. He cheated on her, and for three years after it, he has been neglecting her, and it's all good. . Since I can feel it, Yi Woo won't get a proper justice, I just can't go on.
