yeap, i can't tolerate seokyung anymore after ep 16 ending, wtf that talk in the house. she purposely cornered yujeong, being rude and talking about juwon's feeling in front of yujeong while knowing it will hurt yujeong's feeling. props to yujeong for being calm in that situation and figuring out seokyung's purpose, she really is mature maknae.
i dont have problem with SK being straight to YJ, because they need to have a talk at some point. but at least she needs to be polite and have a respectful conversation with YJ. what is more she doesnt need to include HH and KT in the convo about her situation with YJ-JW. That is not "straightforward" at all, it just looks like she want to embarass YJ in front of others. Not to mention how SK told she gave JW "a task" in front of YJ. im sorry but that move is so childish.
For comparison, DH - HW also have complicated situation but they are still being respectful and having a PRIVATE conversation just between them. In conclusion SK - JW is a mess. Just let them date each other and repeat yelling each other again, they won't learn.
10 episodes! It is crazy that they keep every episodes so thrilling, so much going on and they are not running out of plots. Every characters are so complex, they have insane depth, ambition, and sentiment. Secretary Huang who has bad seniority towards WRL, he is still doing great on his task, im really glad the writer doesn't make him as a "lame" character like other kind drama's bully. Captain Lin who seems to be hotheaded, even willing to take the blame for his subordinate. Im looking forward to Xu Nuo as he is Jin Zhen's mentor, looking at the preview, we might get their screentimes next episode. 👀
ruolai's face is so innocent that i come to underestimate him, he really is smarter than we thought. im so excited to see his growth to find his own principle and which political stance he will choose in the future. im praying for his peace because he looks so stressed the whole 8 episodes, but i bet he still can't catch a break until the end 😂
even the side small characters here all have important role for the plot. beside the main "enemy", i am more scared by those who are close to wei ruo lai, especially aunt zhou and wen. even by a few scenes we can imagine their true nature is. such a masterpiece writing.
