Not one of the better minis. Very corny. FL is written poorlyâtoo silly and naive. 2nd FL is given too much screen time. MLâs makeup is distracting. Everyone overacts.
I can accept if FL is bad at acting kiss scenes, but cant she atleast close her eyes ?
Itâs their first kiss. Pretty standard for the first kiss to be like this. Now, if they are still doing this sort of thing with any more upcoming kisses in the next few episodes, then Imma be mad because we all know how skilled the ML is (Love Scenery). đ€Ł Nahh just kidding, their chemistry is so good even with no proper kiss. But, a proper kiss would be nice .
The love scene was wow! I didnât know Rowoon had it like that. Or, was that a body double? đ„The Director was very skilled. Not awkward at all like it was in âShe Would Never Know.â Jo Bo Ah is very skilled too. She handles scenes like this very well.
If you take this drama too seriously, then itâs easy to hate. If you donât, then itâs easy to see its strengths and its humor. Tired tropes galore however. Good acting, but, man, is this a frustrating, nonsensical plot! It does come together very well in the end though. Worth sticking it out. As youâre watching, itâs hard to root for the leads when the basis of the attraction seems questionable and heâs a two-timing, confused cheat. And, the unsettling supernatural elementsâstraight up voodooâreally disturbing and scary. That second-lead female actress plays the same pathetic type in every drama sheâs inâso beautiful yet so ugly. I donât understand characters like hers. One positive thoughâThis has to be the most gorgeous Iâve seen Rowoon. I mean, he just gets more and more beautiful to look at with every drama. Itâs redundant to state the obvious, but he is really handsome, OMG. I love his acting. Ep 10âthe almost kiss đ đđ„. He is nailing the moody, sexy tsundere with a subtle comedic edge. Nailing it.
Very good drama. Many good side-storylines. Good acting. Nice visuals. It was a melodrama though; so, there were a number of over-the-top scenarios. Some of the over-the-topness had me laughing so hard even though this is supposed to be a serious drama. Also, the ML character was flawless, too good to be true, but even still, I am here ALL DAY for a swoon-worthy, gorgeous, well-built, gentle, devoted, capable man. This is the kind of romance drama I live for even though I know itâs thoroughly unrealistic because no man is perfect to this extent. The kiss scenes fell a little short, in my opinionâthe Director tried hard to be creative and work around the leadsâ height disparityâbut it was still a very heart-fluttering and romantic drama nonetheless, awkward kisses and all.
The kiss scenes are lit. Li Jiu Lin knows what heâs doing. Kudos to the Director too. Itâs with his/her vision and direction that the actor skillfully executed. This Director was very creative in episode 17.
the only thing I love about this drama is the three spinsterâs stories but aside from that everything was just…
FL was necessary. ML became happier, less stuffy and uptight, and had a renewed zest for life because of her. MLâs character development was because of her. Otherwise, he would have been living his same olâ boring lifeâa critical, complaining, no-fun, no-friends, overachieving-but-no-real-purpose life. She made life more interesting and exciting for him.
