The ML wants the corrupt Governor ousted and punished for the Wei/Yang crimes. The ML is very upright and ardent in his pursuit of justice. He’s all about eradicating crooked politicians. We saw that about his character in ep 1. Also, RSB’s name has been sullied now too by the Governor, claiming she’s a thief. LJL is extra motivated to take down the Governor now. What Minister are you referring to?

Grandma is annoyed that RSB’s mother got the Rong family involved in this mess, not surprising given how cold and uncompassionate Granny is.
