Yes, so true for this. I also heard back then about that as well. Earning above 7 ratings on Douban is not easy, especially if the actresses and actors are so popular, they may have a bunch of people who want to bring them down as well. It's just 7.2 is not that high as we hoped earlier though. I thought that at least Shenli would earn at least above 7.5

Yes, 20cm differences make them look even better together. I like his build and how his build matches Zhao Li Ying's. So manly. I also thought Zhao Li Ying would be around 160cm, but it is stated that she's 165cm tall.

Finished watching this drama and I love it so much though I feel ep 39 could have been shorter and focused on them a little bit more. But then again, it followed the novel's epilogue almost precisely. Glad that even though Xing Zhi's power has deteriorated a lot, but he still tries to treat and protect Shen Li like a powerful ancient god he used to be. I cried during ep 38 when he died, but after he was resurrected, I smiled like crazy. The most romantic scene in ep 39 was when he proposed to Shenli and the look on his face when she told him she is pregnant. The other romantic scene again was when he lifted her in ep 39 at the snow mountain. This drama will linger for long in my heart. I'm gonna write a review later. But for now, I recommend this drama to all of you, newcomers in this site.

Amazing chemistry from Zhao Li Ying and Lin Geng Xin. Really really match with each other no doubt. Their height difference and how Lin Geng Xin's body really covered up Zhao Li Ying's body size, I find them really really match in terms of those 2 physical things.

Yes, agree with this. It has similar vibes with Shenli. It's just Shenli's leads are more mature in terms of both acting and age. Love Between Fairy and Devil got me crying so much near the end lol I love Shenli as much as I loved LBFAD now

Hmm actually I was completely hooked at around ep 6-7 and the pace quite slowed down a bit after that though a couple of episodes had great moments though (like ep 14, 15, 16) and it picked up again around ep 23. Up until ep 32, it still keeps me hooked

I have not watched it either, but I read the previous comments and it said that at around the end of ep 38 as ep 39 will be full of their happily ever after

I don't know how she defines bulky. Maybe because I don't really like skinny men. Often what hinders from watching Cdramas is that because of their skinny male leads. I won't mention other actors' names as it will be inappropriate. They are mostly very thin that even lifting their female leads look like a very difficult task for them. That's why when first I saw in Lin Geng Xin in Shen Li, I have always been in awe because I like his build. Very manly. Not fat at all, it just befits the character of a very strong god and even the strongest in the entire universe. Quite saddens me that Avenuex doesn't like this endearing drama because her channel is quite popular and people who like to watch her videos, will doubt about this drama before even watching. But again, hope that this drama will hit its highest peak of success tonight to prove how good it is

The male lead is an ancient god and the strongest in the entire universe. The female lead is also powerful, it's just not as powerful as the male lead

My heart can't take it as well. That's why I think it will be much better and safer for our hearts to watch them on Sunday as they will have it up until ep 35 😂 we don't have to watch them being in angst for too long
