I thought this drama already broke 26000 for the heat popularity index. But it seems like when I read on Weibo that this drama is not that popular in China. CMIIW. It's a pity. I like this drama a lot because I read the novel and I like Zhang Wan Yi after watching LYF. I find Wang Chu Ran to be really endearing in this role as well. After The Double, I haven't found a good Cdrama that catches my interest.

Agree! I got goosebumps a couple of times during his serious and emotional scenes. His acting style is kinda similar with Lee Jun Ho in The Red Sleeve IMO. I like Zhang Wan Yi's acting very much

Yes, the novel is good. Actually I quite like amnesia trope rather than childhood sweethearts trope. I'm curious about ZWY and WCR's chemistry as I think this kind of story really needs good chemistry. But I trust their acting skills though

Currently reading the novel. I quite like the novel and this drama has Zhang Wan Yi and Wang Chu Ran. So, it's worth all the anticipation🙌 hope their chemistry will be good and hope the story will keep us interested as this is a 40-episode drama, so it's prone to get draggy in the middle

Not only the other 2, but I even feel bad for Ah Nian, the stepsister. This is series is so bloody, tragic, but at the same time it defines the varieties of love so well. This also happened in Scarlet Heart. This writer loves to write tragic stories 🥲

Yes, and that is heartbreaking. She has been brozoned for a long time and he did what he wanted to with XY to AN. It's just he actually came to care for her for real thought not much shown. How I hope that they show us more of their scenes as the total episodes of this season has been increased to 23 ep

He always shows his true self in front of XY whereas with Ah Nian, he only shows his best self as a brother. I knew it all along that it would be the main reason he developed romantic feelings to XY. Moreover, he saw that XY was never reluctant to die for him. But, before he married Ah Nian, I just hope at least we'll be given an adequate amount of sincerity and care from CX to AN if not romantically
