At first, I was so-so about this and was only planning to watch it for Bailu. But now, with the recent live they did and the release of the trailer, I am equally, if not more, excited about this as TTEOTM. The chemistry is insane! I am sure of Bailu's acting prowess, so I hope the rest of the cast, the director and the script writer would also deliver. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I'm so exciteddddddd!💃💃

Idk what to recommend that would best introduce her. But I started to like her from the legends and arsenal milirary academy. My favorite of hers is arsenal military and one and only, but they're both historical. For modern, I agree that love is sweet is good. 👌

I heard rumors she will be guesting on several variety shows. But this still means she has no long term airing projects for the next 6-8 months (considering we dont know when exactly on the first quarter of 2022 TTEOTM is airing). Damn, is that normal? I'm scared for her popularity to decrease between those months. But let's be optimistic. 🤞🤞

Haven’t watched any of ML’s drama except maiden holmes, but I just rewatched some of the sweet scenes in the drama and suddenly got reminded of how handsome Zhang Ling He is. haha I hope there are enough sweet moments in this drama too. 🙏🥺

Just some random thought while waiting for this to air (huhh, im impatient, I honestly cant wait 🥺🙈). But I hope people don't get tired of costume dramas by the time this airs. It seems that the big budget costume dramas has been airing back to back recently, and there are still a looot on the shelves, probably up until next year. 😅 I love costume dramas so im not complaining, but it might be tiring for some.

rewatched this now that ive watched a lot of chinese dramas. I didn’t recognize before, but I am shocked that there are a lot of well known actress and actors in this movie. Like they are now leads in their own dramas!!! Do they usually do that in movies? but wont that cost a lot? Or is that they just got popular after the movie?

Filming takes that long? Damn, i thought it will only take around 4 months.

I feel the same. Not sure if this will be helpful to her career. But waah, I feel so frustrated with the lack of dramas for more than half a year. She'll be 28 soon. :( Hopefully TTEOM and Ning an ru meng will really help her gain more fans. I'm for a modern drama next but I hope it will be a well written, well- produced drama. I'm scared of cliche plots 🥺 really miss her. Good thing she has KR!!

not sure about zhang ruoyan, but bailu is not yet a traffic star. but she’s getting there. so happy this is well received despite the genre!

I’m worried about this sometimes too, that she’s getting older. A lot of other traffic stars or upcoming traffic stars are 3-5 years younger than her like Wang yibo, dylan wang, zhao lusi, etc. I noticed that in China, there are just so many artists that popularity doesn't last as long as in Korea, especially for women. Unless they become top of the food chain like zhao liying, yang mi, dilraba, yang zi. Correct me if I’m wrong tho. The good thing though about Bai lu is that she doesn’t really restrict herself to idol dramas, is really good in acting, and has a good personality. So I’m hoping these will help with her longevity. Of course, some cnetz are really toxic so there will definitely be anti’s who will attack her age more strongly someday. And the more popular they are, the worse it gets. Just look at zhao liying’s page.

Anyway, she really need to have at least 3 dramas a year to maximize her youth :( and also partner with different male leads to increase her exposure. Some actresses with similar popularity have paired up with a lot of liuliangs already :( And imagine, she only have 1 drama airing this year. ONE. I cant believe it. :( It’s good she has Keep Running. Anyway, still hoping for the best! 🙏☺️. OrdinaryGreatness is at least shown in TV so I guess that’s good?

I agree, it seems to be A or B for now based on costumes and ads. Totally feels different when they were promoting TTEOTM. But OnE and Only was also lower budget but turned successful! 🥰

Ohh wow, i thought heroes was S+ before. I read it somewhere but can't remember where. The cinematography in heroes was amazing tho. I've seen first ep of both WRTW and Heroes and i kinda appreciated the cinematography and production of Heroes a lot more. But then Yang Yang as the actor is also probably paid more so a portion of the budget goes to that too?

we wont really know how it ends. it would be a bummer if it’s BE but if done well im okay with that too. but theres still a possibility for HE at the very least for the 2 mains, for the mere fact that it’s gonna be so weird if the director really spoiled the ending in the first 6 minutes without some kind of twist. it could still be BE but what exactly it is is still up in the air, i think.
