I can say Bai Lu is one of the most hardworking actress cause she attended & participated EVERYTHING. Reality shows, awards, year end events, singing, shooting dramas. She must be super strong mentally & physically but everything has a limit.

I lived with his romance movies bf.

All in all, she needs a long rest or maybe a break from the c-entertainment.This wont take 1-2 year of recovery. I only hope she won't feel obligated to her fans just to act or pressured to act back due to competition, company etc. I hope for the best and she regain her health. That what matters.

A solid drama for real, plot, script and directing is movie level. The way they shoot this drama is above many dramas nowadays. the cinematography is just above the average dramas. Hope they can premier season 3

People will say all they want, but Zhang Ling He shines the most and has the best chemistry with BL than his other actresses. Like they are on FIRE. BL, as always she fits with all her actors but, ZLH has this manly vibes that fit BL soo much, which I think brought her feminine vibes more as compared to other dramas since BL has these boyish strong vibes.

Yunzheng is the producer right? I have never heard of this, so what happened with her ending the contract and her cant take vacation?

ZLS fell sick and was admitted to the hospital. Her best friend said that she couldn't talk and walk & pointed out that parties need to take responsibility (x sure who). I didn't want to speculate things but hoped she would just rest for a long time.

Looking at her recent changes (looks and weight), we can say the industry has taken a toll on her health among all the actresses at her age. I love her soo much & She is such a promising actress, and the C-entertainment industry is harsher with its employees. As much as fans love her & waiting for her projects, a long rest is needed.

I hope she rest well, especially after reading Zhao Lusi's news. Bai Lu and ZL are actresses with lots of projects, and they have a special place in my heart. Both are promising talents-wise. Im glad she doesn't have projects this year (she said she wanted to take a good rest) but she still shooting tho.

What a splendid actress; she has a special place in my heart together with Bai Lu. I am so sad with her news, and with C-entertainment, it's hard to predict the future. I hope she recovers her health, takes a long break from the industry, and rest well.

I understand but its a female harem drama so its understandable.

The drama itself has an interesting plot with complex comprehension of character & not as it is character. I've watched the kdrama one, it's still good in some way (esp cinematography) but the acting could be better. And, of course, Yokohama is a splendid actor, but I will watch this ver until the end. For now, I love the Japanese very better.

The Korean ver never hooked me up, mainly due to Song Kang's acting skills, as the ML needs A LOT of microexpression esp for this genre(sorry, the straight, x expression of Song Kang couldn't help at all). For Jdrama, this genre of morally grey ML, red flag ML, or red flag relationship is their niche, so it's no surprise that Japan executed it better.

A good leader will lead his people and nation to peace. The emperor knows how to choose his advisors and limit the court's conflict (one wife, one concubine) as he always put his people first. Same as the concubine & empress, their love for the nation suppresses their love for their clan and their desires.

Ep: 35-36: Such a great relationship between the Emperor, Empress and consort. That's why the kingdom is in glory; the emperor is a great ruler. The kingdom also prospers cause the empress knows her role, and the consort is not ambitious & most importantly, both know their responsibilities as part of the monarch by always looking out for the people first, & never selfish.

Leo Wu should stick with historical characters at all costs cause his talent shines more in this genre than in modern drama.

Omg same, im glad i continued cause the script is masterpiece. Not a fan of ZLS but this drama & the pearl girl made me realised how amazing is her acting.
