This drama is badass. nervewrecking, rewatched and seriously should have been more popular, straight-up action, proper action drama, not like other action kdrama even the popular one with too much drama.
The relationship is such a sweet one kinda sad tbh. It has this melancholic feelings. The 2nd season needs to be more popular

Such a good drama, with a good premise and execution, and one of the best book adaptations. Disney is good with this genre and always produces well-thought-out thrillers, not just half-baked series.

do you feel this way about actual "problematic" male actors? because this was already debunked. her actor…
Condemning one attitude doesnt mean we didn't condemn the others. Not liking a bad person/attitude ain't about choosing sides lol. All these K actors and actresses' issues prove how misogynistic and pretty privileged Korean society is.

The messages were their messages, & all the events that happened are connected to her and Ex, so we should show the victim some mercy, i.e., Seohyun. Put both her and the ex accountable & as a fan, you dont have the right to leave some defences for her like "he is sick, she didn't cause it". Seohyun was publicly humiliated in front of her crew and media, and her pride was shamed to the ground like some trash. You can support her new projects & she deserves second chances, but dont forget the victim in this, i.e., Seohyun & dismiss the wrongdoings,

I've been a big fan of hers since 2017 & she's an amazing actress, but I'm not gonna defend her bad attitude just because I'm a 'loyal fan'. But I guess that's how K-entertainment works.

Netflix special series usually has a massive potential plotwise and premise, very good/new ideas kinda like movie production, so I hope this one is good.

This has such a good premise and story, but towards the end it's just so- SBS production? kinda old-style SBS, MBC, KBS action dramas, kinda restricted, illogical, which I hope more from someone who is known for killing ruthlessly. I meant after what they did to her daughter.

& the chasing from different groups, NK, SK, the CEO, all made the plot kinda unserious, but I think that's SBS's way of attracting the mass Korean appeal to watch this genre. It's still a good drama, & I just need Min Ji to do something with Hye Ri. Hope they dont go towards so-melo, typical: something happened to the CEO father, then forgive plots. Girl need a hard beating

ep-2 Enjoy so far, but it kinda reminds me of old Korean spy series, and yeah, it's an SBS production, not Netflix. That's why there's a restriction on the direction of the actions, some kinda bit performative & feel like they can do more, which Netflix action series are super good with.
But its still good series

I love the FL, she got the face, and love her boyish voice, but her acting needs some improvement, especially when she scrunches her expression. Of course, it's getting better, but I hope she can improve more in the future. Nonetheless, still love her tho.

ep 16, my heart, Yeli needs a lot of hugs, girl is not mentally well tbh, I meant that the girl suffered everything alone , refused to show her vulnerable emotions, refused to evern tell her story & tbh has no one besides her but still, doing everything to make the ML healthy again. Even as viewers, we didn't know what's going on with her mind. ML has to do the job

Damn this drama got me crying even over a simple scene. And the way they were directed seriously like old cdrama like minglan, even have melo japan old drama vibes. And the SONGS omg- the scene she helped ML treatemetns, scenes with 2ml crying, major K drama melodrama that cdrama rarely makes nowadays

Both FL and ML carried big burdens tbh. What should she do, as a goddess who is known to be the most responsible among the mortals, held a high position, and witnessed the EVILNESS of the demon, like he literally wiped out the whole universe. She suffered a heartbreak as a goddess but carried the responsibility to kill the person she loved. people need to see her as an immortal who is responsible for all mortals and immortals, she wasn't a simple FL who was just here to love.

Meanwhile, the ML, played by the demon, suffered greatly because of his unchanging destiny. He can't change it even though he tried hard, which he understood in the end. The FL tried too, but they knew they were useless. The ML script at the end, its heartbreaking for him finally understood her, why she cant don anything cause he's the evil one, he'll cause destruction.

This drama just showed a useless attempt of u changing destiny .

Freaking good job in executing the mysterious, grey character of Yeli. This is the first time I've seen FL with this execution; she's like a "ghost"? An unknown character that I felt could disappear anytime? We never know her background, motives & what she truly felt. It's her POV, but it's also not?

And every time they mention the mountains, they zoom in on her face, tears and music really deliver the sadness. And the script is super good, has depth

Yeli is just soo cutee omg & so feminine yet have this brav persona. in ep 9 & 10 with her husband, girl just naturally lovable and knows how to flirt with her husband lol. She's cheerful but kinda controlled- likes she knows how to interact with the ML, knowing how hard it is for him to accept outsiders due to his injury and family. Love the interactions, everything just so natural

I'm obsessed with how the director puts music in every scene even while he's applying the medicine,. It does something to viewers

Person Bai Lu
Bai Lu has crazy good projects for her age. All her projects are top tier, leaving a good impression, despite some might not being your cup of tea but they all are good dramas. Im excited with her future projects

I'm at ep 7, and Yeli is such a lovable character , sweet & full of life, yet with so much sadness underneath. She has this happy facade with so much secret and suffering she hides. I felt so much sadness with just her gaze omg. And BL successfully portrays this, which is hard. I miss CDrama with a unpredictable character .

How can a man resist not to fall in love with Yeli? She's the most feminine FL I've watched in Cdrama. Like, I felt she was so real, not such a "fictional FL" like in most dramas. She's full of love, willing to show it despite herself, who is suffering. She knows how to use her feminine wisdom when talking to her Husband, uplift ML, who SUFFERED A LOT without bringing him down. She knows how to tackle him using her softness & wisdom as a woman, yet never brings herself down & downgrade herself.

In real life, I've seen that many successful marriages are like this(of course, the man needs to be a good man). Women need to know how much power they have in femininity in "controlling" men. Sometimes, being fierce lies in our femininity. Ye Li seriously depicts that.
