gagging at how big the font of the "i took care of it" text message is. it might as well have been a billboard announcement.

how many times has JBZ told MY to stay where he can't see her at this point? so, it's his turn to hide the poison from her? this push and pull is my biggest annoyance with this show—and that's saying a lot considering how annoying MY's brother and situ ling are.

ugh i thought they would at least figure things out together this time. 😑

i got the bo clan descendant wrong, but after that was revealed, i figured out the rest. i like how everything is unfolding so far and am glad mx and jbz are there for each other.

girl needs to wake up or else she could end up being his victim

the way fu yue looked at situ ling today... i'm like, girl, u wanted him to become more powerful, right?

i just started this the other day and could not stop watching. i was sufficiently seduced. lol.

the main and minor mysteries weren't hard to predict (even from the beginning), but i thought they were written well. i enjoyed the ride :)

i loooove watching the clever shen wan trying to figure out what yan chi is thinking.

i also wondered what if she turns out to be a killer and she actually knows about the mum

the after-credit scene was too cute and probably my fave in the whole show :)) if i were wu zhen, i would've stayed in ruyi for three months before coming back. lol.

i laughed so hard at sperm :))

i knew it was weird how they never showed the father's face. lol. ugh the subs for 36 - 38 aren't very good on kisskh. where did u guys watch them?

Jiao Li Qiao is the most deluded woman i've ever seen in a drama. lol. i'm so happy Di Fei Sheng hates her.

i already feel bad for snakey. she's always unlucky in love.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

she doesn't, but she lets him stick around and relies on him a lot. she even has "medicinal" spa days with him for crying out loud 😹

it other dramas i've seen, there's usually a vicious 2FL pining after the ML and a 2ML pining after the FL. maybe for equality? :)) it wasn't until i started watching this genre in cdramas that i noticed this reverse harem thing as a common troupe.

at this point i'm only sticking around for the other mei, snakey, and their little black dragon (or snake?) wingman.

dramas just looove noble idiocy. a lot of people are angry at the obsessive WZS taking up too much screen time. i've seen other more obsessive and more annoying second male leads in dramas so he doesn't bother me as much. what bothers me is how, like you pointed out, WZ continues to rely on / trust him even after all the sus things he's done or said. she's pushing away the wrong person.
