ppl hate kim hyeyoon on this app so much like wtf is their problem 😂
I have only seen her in Lovely Runner and I thought her performance was charming. I'm enjoying her in this so far, she's giving chaebol princess - completely disconnected from reality.
Pretty solid first episode. We've been introduced to the rules of the world, we know something or someone has changed at least one of the rules, stakes have been established, and we know our lead's motivations. First episodes are difficult, because you need to give the audience enough information so they feel they're getting to know people and places, without info dumping, or god forbid the most unforgiveable sin in a visual medium - exposition dumping.
Trailer for ep 2 looks good. I'm interested to see where it goes.
I can't believe she was abt to erase his memory😣 hope we see a good character development
She definitely didn't think that one through. Getting someone off a potential manslaughter charge is definitely going to help those scales keep tipping. It's hardly a benign action.
After 22 episodes I just couldn't stand it anymore and dropped it... it's so boring 😣 I liked the acting performance…
I've done 22 eps as well. I think I'll stick it out to the end because I like the cast, but there is nothing new or interesting in this. Feels like we've all 'been there, done that, got the t-shirt' as far as this plot is concerned.
I can truly understand you🙌KHY is one of my top actress, but a significant amount of her fandom are extremely…
"True fairness holds everyone accountable". Yes. I like this very much.
Commemt sections are so much more enjoyable when the comments, whether positive or negative, are rational and thoughtful. One of my favourite comment sections ever was Perfect Marriage Revenge while it was airing. We'd watch the episode and then RUN to the commemts to discuss the wild ride we were on. It was great fun, and I don't remember much if any vitriol there. It actually enhanced the viewing experience.
What you’re pointing out happens on almost every MDL page involving popular actors or dramas. So I’m genuinely…
Have I made comments like this before? Yes. Do I do it every single time I see it? No, it's not my job to police the comments of every drama I watch, and it's not necessarily something I have the mental energy to engage with, as it can sometimes create a huge pile-on, and I feel like I need to be prepared to engage with replies to ensure that my original comment doesn't look like some trolling attempt. I have a very mentally demanding job, and MDL commemt sections are not at the top of my priorty list.
The reason I do comment about this sort of stuff when I do so, is because I find the level of fandom present in some dramas is extremely concerning. Some of these people are obsessed to the point you would think they were married to the person they love, or that the person they hate had murdered a member of their family. Some of them also seem quite young. I get being a young fan (I remember CRYING at 12 when my Dad said he didn't think Joey from NKOTB was a very good singer 🤣), but I also didn't think my Dad was out to tank Joey's career with his comment.
