Not sure when it was supposed to be originally but, I know they started in July. So around 7-8 months of filming is still within that normal range for filming time. Lots of coordination and stuff goes into the filming and working with the schedules of the actors plays a role in it too

With them still being in post-production this late into the year, I'm kinda doubtful they will be able to release it this year. From what I see, usually movies in South Korea announce a release date around 2 months before they release in theaters. But still hopeful it can come out this year, probably would have to be around December though

From what I've been told is that they are no longer accepting cast additions unless they've been confirmed by agency, network, production company, actor saying it themselves etc.

It's a little bit left and right though because sometimes they get approved without those confirmations and sometimes you gotta wait until they actually confirm

Yeah will probably be a little while before we hear anything again unfortunately. If they do plan on releasing it in 2026, maybe some more castings could be revealed in the Netflix 2026 Korean line-up reveal in Jan/Feb?

Not sure we'll hear anything about the status of this until the Disney+ 2026 K-content lineup reveal which should be sometime in January. If they don't include it in the lineup, they'll probably speak to reporters around then on the future of it

Even if they want to put it in their 2026 lineup, it'll be pretty difficult to given the situation regardless of the outcome with KSH
