That was a great show and I loved that the judge made them go through what they put others through before ending them.

I really want to watch this but am holding off because it will be trauma inducing and after Twelve Letters I need a bit of a break from darkness. Still love how much research and effort went into the project and best wishes for all survivors. We will overcome.

Any man who rapes, abuses his wife or kids or anyone should be murdered. That would be justice but we have a man built society that doesn't punish these bastards at all. One day though nasty fellows will get their comeuppance.

I'm fast forwarding to the end of this because misunderstandings plot is the most annoying for me. However, I just miss the pacing and style of these older shows especially compared to the overly visually slick styles of shows now. There was a beauty in everything from the homes, the lighting, the non-over whitening of every face so people are tan and beautiful.

Such a great show and love the Hansel and Gretel theme. The ending made me anxious (like every cliff hanger episode). The twists were excellent. Kim Young Kwang was marvelous in this.

Just watched the first episode and this was really surprisingly good and different. I didn't realize how long the episodes are but I was riveted throughout.

Watching Walking on Thin Ice puts this show in much better context. In that show, where FL is 54 and the non-romantic ML is 38. They showed such a great partnership but no romance between them because not everything is romantic and the age gap between the actors is visible. She is more like a family member, mentor, partner. And Lee Young Ae looks great for her age compared to ML here. This show, story wise could have been great but casting wise missed some crucial marks. Learning that the actor Lee Jung Jae had a hand in making the FL a younger actress, using his power also makes it highly uncomfortable and weird.

LOL I love "old cow eating young grass" so much. I agree he better not be a romance option for her. Mentor? Yes. Introduce her to his much younger brother or friend? Yes. Romance? Nah, poor girl it would be like romance with vomit.

And in some shows the woman is just body parts, sexualized, made into prostitutes or dancers at clubs and not much else. Really limited how men view women. Women have more friends and friend groups and deeper relations. Why not depict that then the same old two women fighting for one boring ass guy.

Lee Jung Jae looks old, is unattractive and ugly even compared to the actors in his age range like Won Bin who is 47 (and is classy enough not to do roles like this). There is no way the people filming this didn't see how bad it looks for him to even stand next to Im Ji Yeon, she could be his daughter (she can pass for younger than 30s for sure like 20s). UGH. DISGUSTING.

Agreed! Both strong actresses and love to see them together! we need more women projects where it isn't romance or love or family centered but shows the way more and more women are living (with friends, community and more positive then just taking care of some dusty men)

Watching this for Chang Hua Sen after Blood River, he is such a gorgeous face.

I absolutely loved the first season and Jang Nara and Nam Ji Hyun. Kim Hye Yoon is phenomenal as an actress, I hope she gets more roles.
