i do agree some dramas deserves better ratings but 7-8 is a quit common rating - 5 is a low rating, 8 is actually really good
as I said, it just depends on viewers, some dramas are bad for you but good for others and vice versa

8.2 is not that low - i see many good ones rated 5 and such but it depends on how others feel about it
