So judging from the last scene in the trailer of episode 9 Black will be awake next week.
I rewatched the trailer for the next ep, and i think you can see Black looking at Sean and White kissing ? just a guess. Also he may be the person kinda attacking White in all black, it's gonna be intresting

We now definitely know Sean does know it isn't Black and also his growing feelings for White, I am not sure he would have kissed him if he didn't know it wasn't really Black.
These trust fall moments, the skin touches, THE kiss! it's very sweet.
Also really excited for what is coming next week!
