d-2 and still no international release damn. still hoping they’d go with netflix for global visibility, plus, the vibe they have going on just screams netflix teen mystery series!!
i was hesitant to check this out at first- afraid that the gore scenes would be too nasty and weird for a squeamish person like me, but now im glad i pushed through! episode 1 is a bit slow as expected due to info dumping but the intrigue starts to pick up early on ep 2. can’t wait for the upcoming episodes!
Honestly quite surprised by how decent this was! Short and sweet with just 8 30-minute episodes. There were some awkward acting at times but overall the show was really enjoyable with lots of genuinely hilarious scenes. The fight sequences were cool too though I wish they lasted a bit more longer. I think there’s still much story to tell so 2nd season would be nice :)
meet me after school and innocence both coming to netflix… seems like netflix is prepping up the crowd for kasumi and kentaro’s “beyond goodbye” tv series ;)
oooh i loved this!!!!! fast-paced with lots and lots of action. they went all out with the vfx so no wonder why it only has 5 eps. cross fingers for season 2!
