This guy is my new obsession. Just finished watching The Worst of Evil, which made me watch Little Women. Now I don't know which ones to watch next. I'd have wished for more dramas with him as ML but there are so few. So for now, I'm watching all of his interviews on YouTube. Which dramas and movies would you guys recommend?

Right?! Xu Kai is like my top 1 fave Chinese actor, but I could barely finish FIYS because of FL. I don't think I could endure another one of her drama. I admire Cheng Xiao for her other talents, but def not acting 😢 I will have to skip this one.

I wanted to watch this for the ML but was disappointed when I saw the FL was Cheng Xiao. I love her visuals but she's terrible at acting. Idk why directors pick her as main lead. This is such a waste for Luo Yun Xi.

I love Cheng Xiao's visuals but my god, she's a really bad actress. I almost dropped the show multiple times if not for my baby, Xu Kai, and the rest of the adorable cast. Chubby was so lovable. Even K stole my heart. I hope Cheng Xiao's acting improves.

And you're the one who cast the first stone 😄 Here's a suggestion you reject yet again, if you want to uplift Chinese culture, you should do it in a more dignified and non-demeaning way. No one here is looking down on Chinese, it just so happens that a lot of Asians are more familiar with Korean shows, hence they liken Chinese actors to popular Korean celebrities. So don't get offended easily. I do get your point, but there's a better way to go about it 😊

As I said, I'm not saying I like it but it is what it is. Korean culture has become popular in many Asian countries and bc media is a big part of people's lives, they emulate what they see on TV. So don't be too defensive 😅 We know Chinese are beautiful too. You're the one who should be ashamed bc you obviously hate Koreans and are jealous of them. I suggest you change your tone and delivery to better convey your message to various commenters here.

You don't see it but others do. And like it or not, a lot of people do treat korean beauty as the standard, and that's bc of mainstream media. Not saying I like it, but that's the reality. And I'm from SE Asia, where beauty vastly differ from East Asians.
