I knew that in the HOT group, Lee Jeong would get the highest score because he was the only Korean but I was surprised that Nian Bo Heng got the lowest score. I couldn't believe Zhong Xing moved to All-Star. I really like Li Zi Hao's personality and his rapping and dancing skills are good!

Any trainee who had to create choreography should get extra points. It's insane that they do all the hard work and gain no benefits from it.

Well, he was mic'd when he went into that booth with the producers and he said he wanted to drop out. They told him that he couldn't just drop out and that it required a meeting. He went on to say that if he couldn't drop out, he wouldn't perform. I guess he stayed for contractual and personal reasons.

Sorry, Ep 16 was a "Wash, Rinse, Repeat" kind of episode.

Is it just me, but I don't feel much for the FL. First I thought she was always lively and positive but now I feel like she not really growing as a character. Like she should be taking her cultivation seriously and trying to be more powerful to be able to protect herself and him but they're making her look like an airhead. I don't get why she can't feel that he's injured. She was sulking when he came back late but she couldn't tell that he got injured? Doesn't make much sense to me in regards to their new bond. She's beginning to look more and more like a whiny, immature, pouty girlfriend.

It's so obvious that Zhong Xing has some kind of issue being around ppl. Just pure speculation but I don't think he can handle being around a lot of people especially under extreme pressure. He wanted to drop out and they should've let him. I don't see him as a team player. He just doesn't have the right aptitude and seems more self-centered on himself. This is just my personal opinion and is you're a fan then I respect that too. But he wanted to be a leader and he couldn't handle it and almost abandoned his team. Whatever personal reasons, judging from the last episode, the way he wanted to practice alone and started arguing just before the performance, doesn't make him a right fit for a potential 8 member group. I was so surprised he made the cut but attitude also counts and I just don't think he has the right kind for a kpop group who grow close bonds.

I just started watching this and I really like Xu Kai's character and how he plays him. He acts so childish sometimes and it's hilarious. I wish he played more toles like this. I just saw the public shower episode and it was so funny. This role really suits him! He should do more romantic comedy genres! I just posted on another post how I could see him playing a Cdrama version of the kdrama Shopaholic Louis or something similar. I'd like to see him play in romcoms genres. Of course all the acting isn't all top notch but I think Xu Kai was made for this role! He really should do more romantic comedies or more comedic roles.

I'm on Ep 30 and I'm struggling to finish this.

Mr. Snake is the worst character so far. Sp annoying. It's like watching a grown man acting like a young, virgin boy. Why did they make this character such an airhead? He's so annoying. I'm so flabbergasted that they created this character. Where's his brains and where is his loyalty to his real master?

The scene where she's going to heal his legs annoyed me so much because of the bad editing. First you see his legs all covered and bandaged, and as the physician is talking to her, you see him in the background with a blanket on top of him. Then they show the physician leaving and now there's no blanket. Then her friend pops in and now he's back under a black blanket again, and she's about to heal him and her friend stops her. Then when she does her hand magic weaving and healing, now the blanket isn't there again. I mean it's a pretty big blanket so the bad editing was so glaringly obvious.

Just a bit off topic... I'm a huge fan of Xu Kai but I feel like he's always playing the same serious roles. I loved watching him in Arsenal Military Academy where he was more carefree with his acting although he was still quite young there. I really liked how he played his character in that drama and at least they kept his natural skin tone. He was bratty but tough and a jokester. His acting at least showed more range and he was still a fighter too. I could totally see him playing a Cdrama version of the kdrama Shopaholic Louis. He's beginning to always play characters who are more serious and then shy or reserved towards the FL. Regarding this drama, the way the camera always zooms in on both of them staring wide-eyed at each other is a bit too repetitive. Still like this drama though!

I have mixed feelings about that soul merging episode because first she entered his soul manor looking like she belonged to Addams Family and that that look did not suit her at all. Then she finally finds his soul core and she's hugging it in the soul manor but in reality she starts making out with him. I was like, "Um... he's unconscious." LOL! And he stays unconscious that whole time. Omg. It was sexy but still felt inappropriate. Can someone explain if the novel described it like that as well?

Yeah, him too! Omg. I wonder if he's going to still trust Ruling after this. He should be completely loyal to his master.

Why does Ting Yan tell Ruling EVERYTHING even the Grandmaster's plans?? So annoying.

I know, I was confused at first too. She had an accident in 1999 and then there's a gap between then and 2025 about her life. But then she gets into another accident in 2025 and from that, she gets retrograde amnesia. At first, after seeing the trailer, I assumed she was in a coma for 25 years but apparently she just has amnesia. Makes me wonder what happened after her accident in 1999. Maybe she also had amnesia too? Like maybe she had amnesia in 1999 after the first accident and then the current accident in 2025 brought back her "real" memories from 1999?

This drama was okay but I felt like the last half was him running away to hide only to run into the very people he was trying to hide from. It got pretty repetitive. It also made his character seem more cowardly and less heroic.
