Episode 6 is at the stage of bringing in all four main characters reassessing each of themselves then finally clearing the air between each of their feelings for one another.
I'm pleasantly surprised that there was no animosity between Baa and Bua. It's good that they have a common interest in Lisa. I like that Baa sees goodness in his friends and encourages them to see his positive views of them. I mean he was there pushing 4mood toward Chian from the beginning. He lent his shoulder for 4mood to cry on. He displayed the same friendly affection toward Bua. He honestly said that Bua looks funny in the tik-tok clips he watched but in a good way. Instead of agreeing with Bua he complimented Bua looking good filming without the use of the filter feature.
I didn't like that 4mood rebound playing with Faifa. I guess it was the only means he selfishly had to move on from Chian while feeling abandoned by Baa.
In the end, Baa finally confessed his feelings for 4mood. That brings the four to a full circle of who was into whom.
Now, we are left with Baa and Chian duke it out to see who 4mood would choose.
Can't believe there's only one Ep left. I'm not sure how all of this will be wrapped up, but I have to say I have…
You spoke my mind. Well, except for the last thought. I'm not shipping anyone. I prefer the element of surprise that this production has brought to me thus far. For me, after the first two episodes, every episode followed was exceptionally brilliant and unpredictable for me. So yeah, I'll take whatever is coming and I know it would not disappoint.
Like you, I also LOVING the format this series was filmed in. It brings realism to view. The surrounding street environment is not like stages or studio sets. The text messages through their androids are like unspoken dialogue that expresses better than speech.
The last group chat was the best way for the four mains to finally confront each other (to clear the air between them which is a remarkable way of executing the scenario. It's so much better than having them meet face to face. We get to see all four expressions on the same screen instead of watching multiple takes of each character one at a time.
So sad that only one more episode left to wrap up this series :-((((
Even my Dog would create a way better show than this shit
πThannos x4x8 thinks a DOG could CREATE a better show π
βοΈ me: Hello, Arkham Asylum? Your subject, Thannos x4x8 , is on MDL and spouting nonsense. It's time to switch experimental meds on this loony. π€‘
In one episode, Da On has three men vying for him. What's so special about Da On that three men couldn't and wouldn't give up on? Beside his good looks, it must be his temperament that makes them want to love and protect him. In one swoop of an episode, Da On finds that Suhyeon did not abandon him by choice, and he learns from both his sister and Suhyeon that Jaemin is not who he thought had been.
Throughout the ordeal, I am so proud of Seong Hyeon for not backing out. He was able to confront his boss Suhyeon in the elevator unlike most employees would have cowered. At least he earned brownie points from Da On's little sister. [On a side note: I love the perceptive little sister. She's mature at her age. Character wise, she is very much similar to her older brother like Seong Hyeon said.]
I feel bad for Suhyeon who could not have his own ways with Da On, many obstacles. Damn Jaemin who set Junghoon up for Suhyeon to reveal his ugly side in front of Da On. I wonder whether Jaemin had blackmailed Suhyeon into leaving Da On and going abroad. Poor Suhyeon for being a son of a strict father. Besides work, he is being pressured to go on blind dates. Now, he's late in starting over with Da On.
As for Jaemin desperate act of stabbing himself, I am not surprised by another ploy of his to exploit Da On's mentality.
Secret Relationships series is not only a K-bl for me. It is on par with qualitative production of mainstream K-drama series or films.
π«£ I spoiled myself reading spoilers from those who have seen the webtoon. I am still looking forward to see the last two episodes. ποΈ β³
First of all, it was Da On who kissed Sunghyeon. Second, is there a law against kissing a drunk person? There's an old saying "Wine Dine then 69". Regardless gay or straight, is it not customary of candle lit dinner with fine cuisine including wine or champagne for a romantic evening. The psychology behind the alcohol is to loosen up. Also red wine is often considered an aphrodisiac.
Only those with bad intentions would spike the victim's drink. I'm a gay person who had my share of bar hopping in my days. Me and friends got hammered before one of us worked up the courage to make contact with that one guy amongst the crowded bar. Not everyone has confidence even with his good looks. It's still customary for Chinese friends and family continuously toasting drinks to the newly-weds then guide the drunken couple to their chamber to consummate.
Right or wrong is within the context of the drama. Funnily that bl fans see this negatively. I have not come across these kinds of negative comments in regular (non LGBTQ) drama series.
i still cannot believe that they were some commenters saying that the actor playing seonghyeon is ugly. they need…
Well maybe ugly personality. He is handsome and his looks could pull off this role perfectly. It must not feel pleasant for him to have good looks but play a villainous role. I think it's the same for pretty actresses who play a vixen.
πΈ I get the opening sound is like the theme of Star Wars since this is about a visitor from another planet. It's just that I didn't know Mary Poppins popped in from outer space. βοΈ
I still don't like that Ozone has to sacrifice himself. I just don't want both women happy.
Though unlike LITA which had two separate stories, one for Rain and one for Sky. I am happy that this series actually gave me enough of the WimJin air time with a happy resolution in the end. I would like to see them together again.
I am always happy for the main couple's Happy Ending.
Now was that a teaser at the end showing us the alternate world of Cirrus and Phukan, a sequel?
Side Note. The WimJin scene on the bench before the water made me think I was watching Faifa and Wine sitting on the bench next to them.
Damn, Faifa kept saying "Cute". π«° Previously, Faifa learned what "Special" meant to him. This time, "Love" meant feeling so damn happy when he saw Wine rejecting someone else to be with him. π«Ά But who was Wine rejecting contact with? π±
These young actors cry for real. I mean the camera stayed on them until the tears fell. They mentally fall into the state making that emotion genuinely realistic.
I really really enjoy this production. I noticed that the camera was continuously rolling for each scene with fewer takes.

I like seeing Neo as Tonkla, an older protective brother.
I'm here for the fiction. I'll forgo the logic such as romance between Tong and the decades old vampire, huge age gap. π
I like the escape scene falling through the height of multiple stories, but landing in the back seat of a convertible was cheesy.
I just don't get why Mark led Tong through the ghetto meat market only to end up at the safe-house!?
Regardless of the details, I like the plot, music score, handsome actors with excellent visuals.

Stop being judgemental, just enjoy the drama.
