The fact that this show gives the fake sense that its well made because of the minor symbolism gives people the…
Thank youuuu!!!!!! I've been saying this and people have been telling me that it's because I'm "unfamiliar" with the director and that the show is a slowburn romance. The reality about this show is that even the if the romance turns out to be great and well executed, all aspects beside it are not.
The plot is absolute trash, and as you said, the characters are boring and lack depth. I exclusively blame the writing. I think that the scriptwriter was too greedy in trying to create both a character and plot driven show. What a shame.
I'm 15 minutes in and it seems boring as hell π
Character driven dramas tend to take some time before they take off. I'd say boredom in the first episode or two is the price to pay for usually good and meaningful dramas π€£
I agree. Iβm starting to notice the differences in the behaviour of the elder (YW, JH), and the younger (CH,…
I think you're so right. Both CH and JS have been all over the place since the beginning of the show. Both fall for people extremely easily and have had a change of heart every five seconds lol. On the other hand, the (seemingly) older guys have taken things very slowly and seem to approach relationships with a lot of prudence and maturity. I feel like this is also why JH was able to advise SS to be more cautious and careful. On YW it seems like this is why he's seeing his sister being turned down by JH as a learning opportunity for her. I find the older guys admirable in that sense.
I also think that calling him evil is a bit much but I agree that he seems quite immature and indecisive. In that, he's been hurting Se Seung who has been interested in him from the get-go. I'm not trying to defend his actions, but I also think that he's very clueless about how his behaviour has affected SS.
I think Sesung would not have even fallen this deep if Junsub didn't initially lead her on. He kept on giving…
THIS!!!! You literally put my thoughts into words. I can't help but feel like Jung Sub is immature and wishy-washy. It also feels like he falls for people very easily. It's disappointing that he's not transparent with Se Seung and lacks the basic amount of respect to let her know that his heart is starting to yearn for other people. But then again, he changes his mind every two seconds so I guess it'd be hard to constantly update her on his feelings πππ Overall, I feel so bad for Se Seung because she's my fave but also because she doesn't deserve what's been happening to her. ALSO, I'm very grateful for her brother for advising her to slow down and be more cautious. I feel like he saved her from a bigger heartbreak (and also from being completely blindsided lol).
JH, CA, and YW's stories made me cry, but Jiwon's story with her mother broke me. As the oldest daughter, when…
Pleaaaase πππππ ep 7 already made me cry a bucket of tears and now reading your story has me in shambles π "If God were to ask me to choose another mother, I would want her as my mother" omggg I can't even see what I'm typing through my tears lol. Thank you for sharing β€οΈ
