The fact that this show gives the fake sense that its well made because of the minor symbolism gives people the…
Thank youuuu!!!!!! I've been saying this and people have been telling me that it's because I'm "unfamiliar" with the director and that the show is a slowburn romance. The reality about this show is that even the if the romance turns out to be great and well executed, all aspects beside it are not.
The plot is absolute trash, and as you said, the characters are boring and lack depth. I exclusively blame the writing. I think that the scriptwriter was too greedy in trying to create both a character and plot driven show. What a shame.
Character driven dramas tend to take some time before they take off. I'd say boredom in the first episode or two is the price to pay for usually good and meaningful dramas 🤣
I agree. I’m starting to notice the differences in the behaviour of the elder (YW, JH), and the younger (CH,…
I think you're so right. Both CH and JS have been all over the place since the beginning of the show. Both fall for people extremely easily and have had a change of heart every five seconds lol. On the other hand, the (seemingly) older guys have taken things very slowly and seem to approach relationships with a lot of prudence and maturity. I feel like this is also why JH was able to advise SS to be more cautious and careful. On YW it seems like this is why he's seeing his sister being turned down by JH as a learning opportunity for her. I find the older guys admirable in that sense.
I also think that calling him evil is a bit much but I agree that he seems quite immature and indecisive. In that, he's been hurting Se Seung who has been interested in him from the get-go. I'm not trying to defend his actions, but I also think that he's very clueless about how his behaviour has affected SS.
I think Sesung would not have even fallen this deep if Junsub didn't initially lead her on. He kept on giving…
THIS!!!! You literally put my thoughts into words. I can't help but feel like Jung Sub is immature and wishy-washy. It also feels like he falls for people very easily. It's disappointing that he's not transparent with Se Seung and lacks the basic amount of respect to let her know that his heart is starting to yearn for other people. But then again, he changes his mind every two seconds so I guess it'd be hard to constantly update her on his feelings 🙃🙃🙃 Overall, I feel so bad for Se Seung because she's my fave but also because she doesn't deserve what's been happening to her. ALSO, I'm very grateful for her brother for advising her to slow down and be more cautious. I feel like he saved her from a bigger heartbreak (and also from being completely blindsided lol).
JH, CA, and YW's stories made me cry, but Jiwon's story with her mother broke me. As the oldest daughter, when…
Pleaaaase 😭😭😭😭😭 ep 7 already made me cry a bucket of tears and now reading your story has me in shambles 😭 "If God were to ask me to choose another mother, I would want her as my mother" omggg I can't even see what I'm typing through my tears lol. Thank you for sharing ❤️
I'm so over these dramas where the woman dresses like a man but she obviously looks, acts and talks like a woman.…
Concerning the cross-dressing aspect, I doubt that anyone would believe a woman bold enough to do such a thing. Plus, she’s a baduk player who gets the best of some of the most proficient male players out there… most of these men are out there just trying to figure how they can beat her so I don’t think the thought that she could be a woman crosses their minds although as you said, she acts and talks like one.
Yeah. I hope like Ju Won Da Hye could also gather herself and find her true self and pursue others rather than…
Yes!! I would loooove for Dahye to pull a Ju Won on us!! I also feel like Dahye could start with the small things like not texting her ex for a change… By doing that, she would at least be telling the guys “I’m out here even though I’m struggling” lol!
I honestly hope that her and Dong Jin don’t get back together. It seems to me as though their relationship has come to an end & for now there’s just lingering. I’m looking forward to their ages finally being revealed! I don’t think that we’ve ever had to wait so long for an age reveal in the last seasons.
Great summary! I agree w a lot of the opinions here & really love how you highlighted the interactions w KwangTae…
Yes, I completely agree! Especially since Dahye is noticeably having a hard time.
I’m most definitely speculating however I think that the only thing stopping things from getting romantic is Dahye. I feel like Kwang-Tae showed his cards already.

Tbh I most definitely get romantic vibes from Kwang-Tae and Dahye! Especially in this week's episode when they were sitting super close and being super loud LOL! I think that the only thing stopping this from blooming into something is the fact that Dahye has her guards up (understandably so).
Also yessss about Ju Won! He is very good at matching the vibes of whoever he is with and he's also a lot more observant and considerate than I initially gave him credit for. Seems like he's someone fun to be around!

Man, I actually love Kwang Tae! I wish all K dating shows had people with his personality type. He truly gets the concept of dating shows which obviously is to date! He's extremely straightforward and seems to be making everyone comfortable. He's a great addition to the show!
&omg Dahye 🥲🥲🥲 I love her so much it hurts looool! She seems like such a great person and it sucks that we haven't really been able to see her personality shine through. I'm rooting for her so hard. And although many are shipping her with Kwang Tae, I'm shipping her with Ju Won (Now that I think about it, Juwon is literally shippable with everyone loool)! I loved their date, it was very chill and most importantly it allowed us to see the more mature and observant side of Juwon. I want to see more of them, especially since Juwon expressed that he was curious about her during the room thingy.
The new girl is chill, I don't have many thoughts about her. Her date with Ju Won was chill too but he gets along with literally everyone lol.
So far, I'm really hoping that things will continue to pick up in the later episodes. I'm hoping for more dates, and honestly... more drama lol. Things are too tame as of rn so I want some picante! Hopefully Dahye will wake up, realize how much of a baddie she is and start pursuing the guys lol. Also I wish the directors were more involved in some sense. We could use more dates and activities so that the show can finally pick up. We're 6 eps in and we STILL don't know their age... that pisses me off tbh.
