Warm hug is exactly right. This show brought me such comfort. Flawed characters learning to accept those flaws. Characters just looking for acceptance. It also showed an adult love story for 2 characters over 30. Its not just about romance, but comfort and stability at that age. Just brilliant.

I just watched this after putting off for a while and really enjoyed it. Perfect? No, but highly enjoyable. And Gunner is a star in the making!

I really enjoyed this little gem. Surprised me. My only complaints are: the ending; Instead of more flashbacks we could have seen the characters in present time. And casting a 17 year old as Aek was a mistake since we got a "fake" kiss. Not in 2025 people.

Thank you for the spot on summary of MGB. I put this off cause I really had no interest and watched it since I had nothing on my current list. Boy, I wish I hadn't wasted my time. I get that fans love the Joss/Gawin ship, but seeing reviews giving this a 10, I wonder, what are you smoking and do you have any left over? It just embodies everything wrong at GMMTV in one aimless, dull and boring BL.

My God yes!!! The faces he made, the way he spoke was so childish and annoying. It did get better, but sadly the show did not....

Come on now, this was just a poor series. Cheaply made and rushed, bad storytelling, stupid choices by all characters, a twist that was not a twist and could be seen a mile away(by everyone except the leads). Oh , and redemption of a totally vile character. You want everything wrong with GMMTV? Its in this series. They have the resources and should use them for scripts and budgets for their BL shows. Joss and Gawin definitely have chemistry, but their pairing reminds me of Joon and Dunk in that one outacts the other by a lot.

I don't get the raves. It was such a mess. It had its moments, but it played like a BL from 2019. All the old tropes, no consent, no likable characters(most of the time). They had some good kissing but that was about it. Would like to see the 4 leads in a more cohesive story.

I just hope Poon is not another goofy character like in his other BL roles. His role in A Dog and a Plane looked promising., but happy Mond and Ryu got another series. I have loved Fluke since My Ride. He deserves so much better....

I think most of their shows are rather good. The main problem at GMMTV(as well as most productions) is they drag them out to 12 episodes and its not needed. So glad we are getting more 10 episode shows with tighter stories.

Dare You to Death and Cat for Cash may squeak out by year end, depends on how many off days they have while filming. I think you're right about the rest for 2026, although if some film in October, they could be done by year end. I am actually surprised with the number of shows they've gotten out already from that huge 2025 lineup they announced!
