Great series with excellent production. Everything was just right, such as acting, direction, scenery, CGI, and the OST crowned it very nicely. It's rare to see such balance. Only reason I gave a 9.5 instead of 10 is because it's still missing just a little bit to get to a Joy of Life, Nirvana in Fire or Legend of Fuyao productions, which I consider perfect. However, I enjoyed it and marked to watch again in the future.
In general, not too bad. The female lead character suffered from a "sainthood syndrome" that made her cross the naive and even stupid borderlines. The Chinese version is a bit better in this aspect. The "evil characters" were the personification of evil and usually taking advantage of the FL's good faith. Writers abused it and a toned-down script would have been better.
This series had some very funny episodes, such as the ones about the brand purses and their counterfeits. However, it ended-up being too long and I fast forwarded a few of them in order to keep going. It also ended without a defined end. It felt strange anyway.
I agree. The new cast may have good actors. However, it's very confusing knowing who is who when they change the casting, and it feels like a bootleg production.
Excellent drama with great funny scenes. Production, acting, direction and OST were great. Solid 10 for season 1. However, I did not give a 10 to season 2 because the last three episodes were a bit far fetched.
These are just specials, I'd actually say this is 59 + 2, the ending of the 59th episode is an open ending hinting…
I haven't started it yet. Waiting for Viki to have all episodes released.
Nonethless, it's weird having two seven-minutes episodes added as "specials". There wasn't enough content for two episodes of normal length? Or, couldn't they simply make those two into one? Were they the result of fans' special requests?
If I understand by the description (which is sort of a spoiler), these two episodes are the last of the series. I saw 61 episodes in Viki, so it explains now (38 + 21 + 2). It's just weird that they are so short.
Nice drama with a great mix of acting, production and script. It was just right. It was a fun binge watching and it would be nice to have another season. The OST was also great on the ears and matched the video and mood quite well.
Good drama with some plot twists that keep it entertaining until the end. Not as good as The Veil, but for anyone who likes this genre it's well worth watching.
Good series, even though the story could have been better explored. The OST was great and overall production also. The Koreans got some great stories and series about time travel. I'm also well impressed by their music writing. So, the overall result is a good series that I enjoyed watching.
Nice series. Light hearted and funny. Started a bit slow but improved the pace later. Zhao Lu Si and a few others did a great job as well as the director and production. Will likely watch again in the future.
