Great article! I see you're an expert in the family/weekend drama field haha. I've watched exactly 0 family/weekend dramas so I needed some tips. My only question is, How do I know when I should drop a family drama? When I watch 16 episode dramas I give the show a grace period of 3 episodes to kick in, but I am not sure when I should stop giving a 150 episode drama a chance. As a watcher who also values romance above all else, I need advice lol

This is a really interesting article! I can relate to the first stage of not wanting to drop dramas, however instead of skipping scenes i started playing them on X2 speed so I could remain sane but still know what was happening in the plot haha

Great article! I had no idea it was called "show hole" , I've been calling it post-show depression for years haha. It's wonderful to see the appreciation for osts and fan made videos! I love fan made videos especially because I love that they can bring you back to multiple moments in a drama in just 3-5 minutes. Do you have any favourite fmv creators? Article The Evolution of Strong Female Leads In Dramaland: Part 2
I really loved your article and I loved that you included The Love Knot! I felt that show really showcased strong female leads so naturally. Many shows go out of their way to make their female leads "not like the other girls". I'm not saying I hate shows that emphasize women that work or play sports, but it was refreshing to see female leads that were strong without comprising their femininity and/or becoming career-focused.
