That's also quite a long list ♡. I really love the OSTs sung by The Rose too! :) Ashes of love is still on my…
I also still have not finished Ashes of Love but I like that particular OST there. Love Frost by Yang Zi was good too from that series but can’t say it’s really a favorite.

I like the tenth (I have the show on-hold though but I remember liking that OST too) and third (planning to watch Black and that’s such a nice OST) from your list. And just like you, I also love the OSTs from Eternal Love of Dream and TMPOB.

Some of the other soundtracks I love:
- every OST in Chicago Typewriter (my favorite would have to be Satellite, Be My Light, Writing Our Stories and Come With Me... okay kidding, as what I’ve said, I think I really just love every soundtrack from this series haha)
- Longing Hill by April 2nd (CLOY)
- Picture of My Mind by Song Gain (CLOY)
- scores for Heart Surgeons by Drop D (I particularly like Flashback)
- First Sight by Ye Li and Yu Zhao Yuan (Goodbye, My Princess)
- Love Catastrophe by Hour and Gong Jun (Goodbye, My Princess)
- True Love Knows No Time [Love 3/5 versions] (Juthathep Series)
- Unsullied [version] by Sa Ding Ding (Ashes of Love)
- Every Single Day by Hourglass (Golden Time)
- Wanna Be Bad by The Rose (Psychopath Diary)
- Dream by DK (Suits)
- You in my Dream by Mamamoo (Suits)
- When I’m With You by MLC (Suits)
- Sad March by Elaine (Mr. Sunshine)
- You are the Only One by Elaine (My Holo Love)
- Paradise by Ji Pyeong Kwon and Ninos (My Holo Love)
- Love Again by Ji Pyeong Kwon and Klazy (My Holo Love)
- Horizon by Hajin (Watcher)
- Blurry by Elli K (Watcher)
- Outsider by Lee Seung Yeol (Watcher)

Exactly, everyone got a chance to shine except him. They could have had a professor Master, a student Master,…
Omg same! I love both Coffee Friends and Little Forest. Haven’t finished both though as I still can’t find myself not seeing those in my current watch (weird i know haha).

I hope I’d be proven wrong but this pales in comparison to the parent story after wayching the first episode. Hope it’ll get better as the story picks up though.

He was so good in Bad Guys. I mean, I’ve seen him in Doctor Stranger before but his portrayal of Lee Jung Moon in Bad Guys is remarkable. I hope to see him in more psychopath roles in the future.

Completed. Could have been nice if they really did get a second season where they can work on getting the bad guys without the already unnecessary mistrust and tension after everything unfolded but oh well... gotta make do of the spin-off. An 8.5/10.

I understand why they put a character like Yoo Mi Young. It is to balance the unit but what I don’t really like…
Actually she did have something to offer — her betrayal, by the looks of it but I can be wrong too.

Title Bad Guys
I understand why they put a character like Yoo Mi Young. It is to balance the unit but what I don’t really like is the way they wrote a character like her who only knows how to whine and nag. I’m already on episode 8 but she still remains to be a character who has not brought anything to the table — neither intellect nor strength which should be skills present by an officer her level. It didn’t help that I feel like KYW (first time seeing a series of her) did not do the characterization any justice. Both her acting and voice were bland and monotonous all the time.

my experience of watching Bad Guys was ruined because of her dull acting.
I’m currently watching it and same.

True! And it doesn’t make me feel good that they keep making him do things he isn’t comfortable repeatedly. I mean... sure, his awkwardness as some activities (i.e. dancing, singing) weren’t his forte was funny and all in the beginning until it just becomes something that as a spectator, you just wish they’d stop doing to him. And some people shouldn’t even say lines like: “it’s a variety show, what should you expect?” I mean sure, it is indeed a variety show but their concept of having great dynamics despite the members’ individual differences and varied personality types is just being, in my honest opinion, set aside and trivialized the moment they make him do things he isn’t really gifted in (which is unfair for him). And it’s not even because he isn’t trying his best because in every episode... I see him trying so hard just so he won’t be a burden for the team. I guess, it’s been really stressful for a guy like him who, by the looks of it, doesn’t really enjoy being put in the spotlight (which would be quite ironic, i know, considering that he is an actor and he’s used to being in the limelight but yeah). I hope Sang Yoon would still appear in variety shows though after this like be a regular in a show like Problematic Men or something. I also hope that he’d be in touch with his members despite leaving.

Meanwhile, I still wish that this show would not crumble, given that their concept has been at sea for some time now, as I’ve been a supporter from the very first time it aired. Hope it finds a concept that they’d follow so it won’t feel like it’s going all over the place.

It’s weird that the series about the two characters I’ve been so passionate about is coming to an end in a week or so. It feels both so long and short of a period for me. I still remember the happiness I’ve felt when the roles have been reprised by Vengo and Reba (these two made these characters their own to the point that I couldn’t really picture out any other being DHD and BFJ... it’s theirs and theirs alone). And now that the series I’ve waited for two years to be released is about to end, I feel sad in a way. It’s a lingering feeling — the feeling of not wanting to let go of a series I so held (and still hold) dearly in my heart. Sounds so dramatic, I know, but whenever the realization dawns... I can’t help but feel a bit empty. Moment of bittersweetness indeed. Not yet the time to be mushy but I guess I just want to express my thoughts as early as now. Should I call this a pre- self-preparation of some sort? Hahahaha.

I like Dong Hua Dijun the most out of the three characters Vengo is playing but I think Shen Ye is the most beautiful among the three. With those two tendrils, damn... I don’t know about you but he really did look like a mage and Vengo’s face feature has been highlighted.
On Master in the House Feb 28, 2020
I might have to drop this show already since two original members are leaving. Actually, the show has not been the same anymore ever since they changed the format and segmenting so it wasn’t as fun for some recent episodes now. But really... I’m sad that Sang Yoon (who has actually been my favorite) has not been given enough time to shine (he did win two individual awards still). Like I was always hoping that they’d give him an opportunity to shine on what he excels in. I was waiting for a master who is known in the field of science even if it’s just once so Sang Yoon can lead somehow but alas, won’t happen anymore.

I think they made a lot of chages to make the couple more likeable. For example, here he never gave Feng Jiu to…
Makes sense as well as it makes the flow of the story more fluid. Viewer-friendly as well considering not everyone has read the novel.

Btw, you may have to change your comment’s setting as spoiler for those who are just starting the series? Hahaha :)

First time seeing a role played by Kwak Shi Yang and man, he can play an annoying creep effectively. Wanted to not skip parts but he’s an effective annoying character that I find myself fast forwarding his parts in the last two episodes (currently 7/16).

I like how DH is a tiny bit more perceptive and quick witted here than in the novel. In the series, he was able to discern that Aranya is his Xiao Bai preceding the dungeon situation as compared to his realization in the novel that happened only subsequent overhearing her emotional breakdown towards Mo Ye.
