Heck yea! Going at super speed now after all the slow build , finally concentrating on our favorite couple but…
agreed! jun hwi is gonna go through some serious turmoil when he finds out that despite what his mom did she still pushed everything onto chung ah. and omg i am hoping for a big showdown with hae rang and chung ah. would love for the aunt to be put in her place too.
Y'ALL I'M DYING AND THE PREVIEW FOR TODAY'S EPISODE AKLSDFJGHAK WHAT ARE THEY GONNA DO FOR THE NEXT 18 EPISODES IF THEY REALLY REVEAL THE REST OF THE SECRETS TODAY???
This should be in the 32 episodes format to 30 mins each episode because thats how each website shows it. you…
i think sbs changed the format midway, it looked like episode 10 was split into three parts instead of two like they did with vagabond. they must be trying to implement a raise in the number of commercial breaks for all their dramas, or at least they're testing the waters. regardless, it'll all add up to 16 hour-long episodes and that way mdl doesn't have to deal with the format change
That BBC Sherlock's inspired BGM still gives me the chills... It's way too obvious.
omg i binge-watched the first season for the first time at the beginning of the month and i thought i was crazy when i heard the music, glad i'm not the only one who noticed
SAME! i binged watch the first 9 episodes in two days earlier this week, but it's been days and i can't get through…
i think i'm going to drop it.. or at least put it on hold. the only characters i care about are sang woo, ho jeong, and seong jae, and they're only a small portion of each episode. i can't bring myself to care about the two main characters because they're so frustrating, and all of the parents' marital drama is boring to me :/
so like... i'm on episode 10 and i feel like i'm totally alone in thinking that lee sang yoon's character (woo…
so what boy, you met her one (1) month ago and fell so deeply in love so that means you can ignore her feelings and ignore what she wants? barge into her room and invade her personal space without her knowing and without her permission? stalk her around the city? repeatedly pressuring her into going to america with you after she says no every time? with what right? his behavior *specifically* in those attempts to get her to go to america with him and like guilting her for not wanting to uproot her entire life is sooooo messed up! not to mention there was absolutely no evidence that she returned his feelings as strongly as she did, or even at all, she just said she was open to falling for him, and then he starts talking marriage? you two barely even know each other??? at least in other hate-to-love cinderella stories the asshole male lead is a clear asshole and you know it, and then he fixes his behavior, but woo jae's behavior is being totally romanticized and this is *a* *huge* *problem* !!
not to mention he and ho jung are basically behaving the same way (with the exception of her portrayal as an innocent, ignorant, ditz) - only thinking about themselves and their own romantic feelings while disregarding the feelings and wishes of the person on the receiving end. but ho jung is scolded for it and called a stalker, while, woo jae is such a romantic manly man *swoon?*
and apparently it gets worse??? i'm at the part where he and his family are basically forcing them into marriage asap, and judging from the youtube comments, they all blame her and treat her terribly when they find out the truth about her family? again, with what rights? yeah her reason for lying was stupid, but acting like she's the sole person to blame is stupid. does nobody remember they basically forced them into marriage without allowing them to date? and i know there's so much more that i'm forgetting.
honestly, i'd drop this if i didn't like the side characters so much.
so like... i'm on episode 10 and i feel like i'm totally alone in thinking that lee sang yoon's character (woo jae) is a horrible person? all i'm seeing is praise for the main couple, but he's such an ass??
