the show deals heavily with the topic of rape and sexual harassment, right from the beginning there are some pretty dark implications and scenes involving a rapist, suicide, etc. one woman gets pretty badly harassed. and the main character gets moved to the crimes against girls unit, so i'm assuming it's going to be a reoccurring theme throughout the drama

I am WAY more impressed by this than I thought I would be!! The first episode was fantastic! So unique!

i completely agree, the writing is a mess. eun jae has been out of character this entire season, the idol subplot is entirely pointless, i'm disappointed with what they did to ji won and sung min, and the overall plot was just not as impactful as season one. i got the only character ending spoiled for me and now i don't even have the urge to finish the drama

someone spoil the ending for me, does the movie end the same way as the manga does?

when is this coming out? i need a good campus romance in my life to fill in the empty space of the one i don't have

was there a kiss scene? a certain recently ended drama left a big gaping hole in my heart because my favorite couple ended up implied. i can't do this again, please someone tell me the leads kiss

did this fall flat for anybody else? season 2 in no way matches up to the greatness of season 1, and they didn't even go all the way through with the one good thing they had going for it. i'm upset.

i agree about suzy's acting, she has improved over the years but there's still something occasionally off about her expressions and line delivery, but you can ignore it. the story is fantastic and so is the rest of the acting. i recommend it!

yeah same i adore the narrative of slowly falling in love.
& it's why i try not to watch things with idols starring in them (aside from bad acting). like exo's xiumin couldn't even take pictures with kim so eun for their webdrama because the fans kept throwing fits every time he got close to her. if the idols themselves aren't getting the hate for being close to people of the opposite sex, it's their costars getting the death threats. and by that i mean, the girl always gets the hate in the situation because double standards *eyeroll*

her fans seem the type to throw a fit if she were to do skinship with a guy. like imagine if a twice member went into acting, there would be a riot.

i love slow burn relationships too, but once they get together i adore clingy skinship and cute quick kisses like my thirst level is exhausted here lol

true, i'm also just bitter that se jungs the lead because i feel like the couple would have kissed by now if they weren't worried about her idol image lol

idk episode 12 and i still think se jung isn't ready for a lead role her acting isn't strong enough

the end of the second episode was great! i bet the show is about to really pick up now that the set-up is done, can't wait for next week!

i personally disagree; the editing at times got a bit choppy and hard to follow, and the script was confusing. the writers tried too hard to take quotes from the original show but they didn't want to completely plagiarize them so they reworded, summarized, and had them said by different characters like a student writing an essay which only made it more confusing. I can tell the show will get better as it goes on and we get a better understand of and a bond with the characters, but they could have benefited from more world-building in the pilot

Did anybody else find the first episode really rushed? I felt like they tried to squeeze in too much and they didn't really introduce anything, just jumped around from one thing to another. I wish they would've slowed the story down and allowed viewers time to get a better understanding of the characters
