Not really. At least with what we've seen so far it hasn't been. The first two episodes were world building and character introducing. Plot-wise, the main character spent these first four episodes adjusting to the time travel and trying to figure things out. There are different cases, but they're not the main focus and they tie together
girl, if youre into thrillers without any romance, you have to check out another ocn drama called Bad Guys. it's about this guy who forms a team of criminals to solve violent crimes, and it's absolutely amazing. there's gonna be a season 2 later this year
I feel like crying. T_T I still feel down 3 days after watching episode 12. I'm only hanging on because of…
Healer is a popular one! The pace of the romance is average, but the main couple have really good chemistry. Plus the guy is really clingy and cute lol
I wonder if this drama can still be redeemed for the last 4 eps... or it will just take a nose dive and crash…
part of me wonders if the writers had a solid plot for the kidnappings all along, but couldn't figure out how to stretch it out for 16 episodes. I'm hoping that's why they have been sticking in a ton of fillers, and now they are at a point where they can finish strongly.
I thought the first episode was good, not great but good, does it get better after episode 1?
the main couple is amazing but there is so much filler in between their scenes. you could skip pretty much every scene with the thugs and you wouldn't be missing anything. their only importance is when they actually talk to bong soon, which only happens like twice.
i am sick of how more than half of each episode is filler. it's not even comic relief anymore, it's…
what's even worse is that they're not just wasting time with them but they're interrupting the important scenes with them. like they'll interrupt a conversation between our two leads that actually progresses their relationship to show the thugs at that stupid temple and there was literally no reason to do so. it just distracted from what was important.
i am sick of how more than half of each episode is filler. it's not even comic relief anymore, it's just annoying. i hope now that we're deep into the kidnapping plot, they stop using all of the time on the stupid side stories.
i feel like 90% of guk doo's scenes are being thrown in just because it's ji soo who is playing him. like literally the character is absolutely useless but the writers are sticking him everywhere because ji soo is ji soo and they want his fans to watch the drama. it would be much more interesting if the writers actually had guk doo do his job and, you know, not be a totally flat character. it's such a waste of ji soo's abilities.
i find it a little off-putting that he's not even slightly concerned about the owner of the identity he has…
it seems to me like it's only so complicated now because they're still laying all of the groundwork. right now we have three main plots: time travel, serial killer, and the mysterious park kwang ho. it's so early in the drama we barely have any info on them, but i'm assuming the writers are going to follow the common trope and make them more related than they initially seem.
so basically what I'm saying is that it seems complicated now but if they do it right, and I pray to god that they do, the three plots will be woven together really nicely. based on all of the little details that they inserted and concepts that they introduced, i think the writers have a pretty good map of where they're going to take the drama
(i'm putting a lot of faith in the writers lol part of doesn't think they will f up but you never know)

That's the thing: N's character was being chased in a car and he was injured, and then they cut to a scene of his phone ringing on the ground which means he was somehow separated it. It can be inferred that something happened to his character - like a kidnapping or he's in hiding, all we know is that he's not dead because N is still set to come back and film for the drama - so that's why he never showed up to the apartment and to his job: there is some outward threat that is keeping him from living his life normally.
I'm assuming that's going to tie in with the overall mystery of time travel and the serial killings. N was born in 1990, it's only a two year age difference. All we can do now is see where the writers go with the story.

@Kate, it's an interesting theory, but N, the guy who was being chased in the car and almost hit 1986 Kwang Ho in episode 2, is playing the present day born in 1988 Park Kwang Ho.
Like Benedict said, they're probably going to find his phone in a future episode and then they'll realize something is up, I just wish that this aspect of the drama was written differently..
lowkey hoping they date in real life XD
and the student punks! i find them entertaining lol
