i find it a little off-putting that he's not even slightly concerned about the owner of the identity he has…
probably but i don't see that as an excuse. he should have had some red flags when he moved into an apartment someone else rented, had all of their belongings delivered, but never showed up to. the whole situation is incredibly sketchy, and as a policeman it's his job to deal with those kinds of situations. the fact that he not only moved in but also wore the dude's clothes seems really out of character
i find it a little off-putting that he's not even slightly concerned about the owner of the identity he has stolen and the fact that the dude is apparently missing
like it's one thing to take his job, but his apartment, clothes, and every thing else the dude owns like? bruh, you're a cop? your supposedly great police senses should be tingling that something is seriously off? i get you're a bit distracted by the time travel, but isn't this a bit much?
The synopsis is misleading, the guy isn't a serial killer. I'm only on episode 8 so please correct me if they explain he has killed other people later in the drama, but from what I've seen so far he doesn't fit the definition of a serial killer. Psychopathic murderer, yes, but serial, no.

Also I would add Ji Soo's character in Sassy Go Go but tbh I wanted them both to get the girl lmao
