the political plot is a mess, and there's too many little side plots that they're not giving nearly as much attention to as they should. thank god this ends next week.

i'm really worried about this... i was really looking forward to this because i adore park hyung shik, but why are they putting ji soo in the center of the posters and promotions? i have nothing against ji soo, i became a huge fan after sassy go go, but i'm worried they're going to put the spotlight on him because he's popular despite the fact he's the second lead, and it'll mess with the story. if this drama gets turned into another seo kang joon/cheese in the trap, i'm not going to be able to make it through the whole thing :/

good characters + bad writing is the worst torture ever my god the plot is a mess but i'm such trash for the characters as individuals that i can't stop watching

Episode 12 was much better. That focus on Han Sung was really interesting, and we're finally getting some development with the king. Looking forward to next week, especially those Ban Ryu x Soo Yeon moments XD

the only good parts are the hwarang scenes. the rest of the drama is the same thing over and over again; sun woo getting his dumb ass injured and ah ro crying about him, and occasionally sam maek jong either getting himself involved or watching on longingly. it's getting really tiring..

awwwww, it's sad but at the same time it's the best because it'll mean so much to you when you go and watch it again and fill you with the same emotions each time <3

that's what i was thinking at first, but she met yeo as kim woo bin before she even knew shin existed i'm so confused

i am not ready for tomorrow. nope.

i don't understand why sunny forgot yeo since it was only kim shin that got erased from everyone's memories? did i miss something?

jo nam doo's plot twist was the best part of the drama story-wise, i did not see that coming at all

the ending of episode 19 was too rushed and didn't really make any sense

the ending of episode ten was really weird, the way they jumped from one scene to another with such a drastic difference of emotion. it was so sudden, i really hope they put more scenes in between the two in episode 11, like what happened after ah ro yelled at sunwoo and before he went out to practice shooting again.

I hope they air all three episodes next week, I would die if they stretch it out.

i was excited for this but i'm not fond of the casting decisions... no way it'll top the japanese version...

This drama really doesn't need to be 20 episodes...
