I think part of the problem is that the reasoning may not have been translated? They cut to her name/death card after she realized that she was about to die and some words on the card blurred and changed. I'm not sure about the version you watched, but in the version I watched the words on the card weren't translated, and I'm wondering if those words on the card were the explanation as to why she was so careless? Like the date was supposed to be later and that's why no alarms went off?

Or maybe it was just the typical idiocy of a drama lead and i'm looking too deep into this lol

I love how this final battle is stretching out over the last two episodes. Too often I've seen directors try to squeeze it into the last episode and it turns out rushed.

I did too, I had to go back and watch it like three times lol

I didn't expect to get as attached to the characters as I did. It was a great drama! And the finale wrapped up really nicely and wasn't rushed at all! Super satisfied!
