Watching edits of just Zhao Zhao makes me feel like I undermined his suffering whilst watchingg, he's legit just a baby surviving on his own. Mumu's dad is low-key useless. No, just her international fans, not sure why tho because he's so sweet to her, they keep shading him lmao, saying he can't act, no muscles, and she's the sole reason the show did well. Her chinese fans seem to like him on a normal level and call him uncle (they don't want what happened with her other co-star to repeat itself lol)

A girl on tik tok said, dramas capture the whimsy in romance unlike western/hollywood romances and I couldn’t agree more. With them it ALWAYS boils down to s*x which is so tiring. Even romance books these days always start off with s*x then the leads falling in love it a guy can’t keep a girl out of his head just because of her body. It legit gets to a point 💀Maybe they think that’s the only way to capture an audience.

I’m thinking about this because there are some scenes in SAL that I can barely watch because of how intense they are, shows don’t need to be so graphic to capture intensity and the heat of the moment and it’s so crazy that those shows are marketed to young teens 💀

I started watching dramas in 2023, I had no idea they existed tbh. So you can imagine how many people aren’t that exposed to dramas and how good they are. And some people have some prejudice against them. I’m not saying everyone should watch dramas but if you like romance then you need to give them a chance! 🥹

I saw an intense clip of SAL that’s why I’m going in this rant because I didn’t need to see someone naked to feel the way I felt lol. Romance can be delivered in much better ways than some medias portray them

Sorry for the rant lol I just wish people would give dramas a chance especially for the girlies who love romance! I always loved romance but was stuck watching romcoms over and over again because Hollywood didn’t want to make new normal ones 💀 but now I have too many dramas to even watch 🙂


Also the new season of bridgerton is out on Thursday which has me thinking as well, do they need all those s*x scenes. Maybe one or 2 but it gets to a point tbh. I’ve seems some people say this as well 😭
