Just rewatching ep 6 and no wonder HHJ was almost breaking out in smiles during breakfast when he asked if anything happened .After watching the last scene
Guys tell me is it worth the hype because I have been disappointed with almost every hyped drama this year should…
Yes it’s really good my favorite this year, but you have to keep your expectations at a normal level and it depends on what you like, if you love romance then YES, if you don’t like it at all then your views might be different. There’s nothing insane about the show, it’s just a show that has been done really well. And even though the tags say thriller it’s that but also evolves into more romance so keep that in mind. But I think it’s incredible
did I not pay attention well or is sa eon really not that toxic in the beginning? like I mean I get it that he…
Same, I never thought he was a red flag, he was just direct and let her be, never forced her and she just lived her life normally. The first scene were he didn’t know she was kidnapped was just a misunderstanding we can’t blame him for that, even when he got an inkling that she was kidnapped he rushed to her. Tensions were heigh during that scene and it could’ve just been a way to distract him from the political situation so he thought it was a scam call but still pulled all stops to make sure. People keep saying if he loved her he would know sign language but I think he does 😭
I dont understand the scenes in ep 5 about the childhood of ml, fl, and her sister. It feels so unnecessary to…
The child hood scenes are meant for us to make connections later on I guess, without todays scene we wouldn’t have know her sister uses her to communicate, I feel like just saying she uses her wouldn’t have made that much of an impact. I also think they’re trying to make her sister a bit mysterious. She’s just lurking around everywhere 😭
In terms of them meeting in their child hood am I the only one who finds it very normal in the context of this show; they don't meet randomly or in passing but are family friends Which is pretty normal and seeing what happens in their childhood, we see more of HHJ struggles and the lore behind everything. If they don’t show it I think people would complain about plot holes and things not making sense but now that they show it some don’t like it 🥲
2 pre release clips in one day 🤨? Ok that's worrying.
They usually do that during the week though! One on Wednesday and the other on Thursday. 2 weeks ago we had the dinner scene in todays episode as well as the heart emojis scene. The week before too, we had the scene in the bedroom and the internet scene
queen of tears but they loved each other in the start, started becoming distant to the point they almost started…
Queen of tears had great acting and production, but I feel like we didn’t understand what caused a rift between them in the first place and there was so much going on instead of focusing on the main couple 😭
Forgot to mention in my earlier post that the vibe I get from In Ah is weird. Is she really deaf or reduced hearing?…
I think they’re trying to make her seem mysterious or a threat to the couple but I don’t think she is. Because oven HHJ seems worried about her sister coming back
While I understand that some are disappointed with the change of tone in ep. 5, I personally love that this episode…
That’s what I’m saying too! I went into this knowing it would evolve into romance. The phone is used as a plot device imo to bring them closer and there’s an actual villain too. Then we’re not even done with all episodes in the week because they keep dropping hints as something darker is going to unfold. Yes I don’t think it should’ve been tagged thriller it’s not the glory or my name. I think we should keep our expectations at a normal level to enjoy the show. I really like the tropes ad it’s not corny or too much just the right amount. There are secrets here and there but the show is about bringing them closer and saying the unsaid.
