They are the descendants of the Doctor who was taking care of the Shrine originally and saved San the first time.…
Yeah, that's what I think too. But I also think he adopted some poor orphans too in the meantime because the bad guy, the one who died in the end, looks like he's adopted. He doesn't look like the uncle's son.
There's just one thing left me hanging though, how they all really relate to each other. It can't be that San ever have kids because obviously he wouldn't betrayed his lover, so he said. Did he adopt or they're his relatives or something. I thought they would explain about it but they never did. So I assume he adopted the uncle, then they're not related by blood? Or he probably had siblings? Idk it's just I'm curious π€
That's why I've been avoiding shows from that country. They're seriously hopeless.
Yeah, their acting is great too and they know how the chemistry works. And that's why I can't. It breaks my heart every good bl novels turning bromance or getting censored. We can't help but want more TT
I haven't watched this but I've watched Love in Translation about a year ago. I couldn't remember anything except the two ML's chemistry. As far as I remember , they had one of the best chemistry in bl (only according to me π). I felt it's such a shame it wasn't long and they're so underrated. That's why when I saw this series still airing, I watched Love in Translation for the second time. Man, they're so perfect with each other. It's even better for the second time, it's like they're born with chemistry no kidding. Any of you who haven't watched it, I recommend it may not be great story but still better than some overrated bl from gmm. Their acting is great too.
Now, I just finished ep 1 of this and so far it's so funny and as expected, their acting is so smooth, I love it. The first ep kinda reminded me of To Sir, With love π₯°
I watched this again for the second time and I want to say it's such a pleasure π
The plot and script isn't like over the top, it's sweet and simple. Yet it's very much enjoyable because of the cast, no one's is boring. I can't say how much I love the two main leads. To be honest, the first time I watched I thought Phumjai would be one hell of an annoying character, but I think the character development of him throughout the series is biggest. He's become more mature gradually, I guess because he found true love.
Like I said I like all characters in this series, they're all good. But seriously though, the MLs has SO MUCH chemistry. It feels like they're so into it. They're so into method acting or they're so into each other idc but I swear it's so good to look at them π
Even as a huge bl enthusiast, it's weird sometimes when actors are not comfortable with each other. Same when they try too much, like you can sense those things even through screen whether they're being professionals or trying to be. I don't blame though, it must be not easy for them, especially for straight actors to act as gay and lovey dovey with another guy. But when you see the actors like ones here, you can't help but congratulate their acts.
Personally, I prefer this version than the series. How do I say it! The series is still suited as bl genre, cutesy and all whilst the movie is more vastly focused and realistic about the struggles of adolescences, love and sexuality. The movie discuss more about deep issues. Also, I think I like the girl here more than the one from series. She's more straightforward and kinda more matured. I especially like her speech at school, it was so touching. The actress done it well π
How can this could ever be better than love for love's sake ?
Why are you complaining like a child? (Maybe because you are?) And when did I say being toxic is okay in Thai bls? Any kind of toxic relationships is wrong, fiction or nonfiction. It doesn't matter where they're made, China, South Korea, Japan, Thai or more
First few episodes were decent but it went downhill very quickly. What I disliked most is the scene where harassment happened and the next day they became lovers. It's the same with another couple. It's pretty messed up how the writers try to normalize those kinda situations. Also, the brothers' stories were kinda unnecessary and hasty. One thing I've noticed about Korean bl is it's fine as long as they don't go deep. I guess, let the Japanese handle deep stuff. To Korean bl producers, just good acting and handsome dudes are enough.
Yeah but what do I do when I ship a couple in regular j-drama and get nothing? LOL Should I keep this series and…
That, idk. I guess, some actors are just not comfortable, actors or actresses. But of course, it all depends on how much they get paid and how important is the project etc. I mean, I also wouldn't want to kiss people I barely know for nothing. And even when actors agree to do all the stuff, like kissing and going all naked for s*x scenes, but the script goes wrong or something and they get the blames as well. So yeah if they're not willing to do, we don't get to see it. Lol

I started to watch without much expectations but I couldn't stop smiling from beginning to end.
I love their chemistry and acting is really great. I wish I could see more of them.
The storyline is simple, smooth and cohesive. Seriously, it's too short. I need more!!!
