I cant believe baby face nam joo hyuk would be beating up bad guys? He's always done his good boy roles its hard for me to imagine him being a baddie lmao
the rating needs to go up tbh, and oh i love jinyoung cry-acting, his expressions are too good though the part where he screamed seemed.. a bit off to me but hes really killng the role!! and NXKSNSKSMSHSKJSHKJDH todays episode was WILD djmxkskajs
I know gaon will get some character development in the coming episodes but give him a background at least? His character is written so sloppily even elijah has more depth and dimension than him. Many things dont make sense on his part, why is he living with yohan and that too so comfortably? Sure he wants to get some dirt on yohan but now its looks more like hes just "living" with them. He can do that too but idk i didnt notice a trigger for him to be so understanding and caring for them. There isnt any stiffness or anxiety in his movements when hes at his place. He's literally just lounging there at this point. Plus decieving elijah and getting her interrogated instead? He doesnt look like the morally strong character that he was made out to be. Many actions lack strong triggers and reasons. When we've got such strong characters like sunah, yohan, elijah and even that chief justice (I can sense some evilness in him too lol) he feels too.. out of place? There isnt a connection between his two sides of understanding and suspecting yohan? Like he just switches while having a cup of tea? Sometimes i feel like he forgot abt spying on yohan part untill someone brings it up again..? 6 episodes in and his character is getting weaker. Im just gonna trust the writer ig.
It has almost been 3 months since i finished this masterpiece but i still come back to it. Whenever im looking for another mystery drama to watch i always end up here. And i can never get enough of the poster. I have never even liked any drama poster to begin with but this one. Just wow. I hope we can get more series like this. It was such a great experience ngl. Currently watching the devil judge and the ml reminds me so much of lds. enjoying it sm!
imo i dont have an issue with the last steamy scene of episode 5 because i dont know but romance clearly isnt necessary and that scene wasnt put in for romantic purposes. look at the eerie setting, the dim lights and the dark interior, keeping in view the newly revealed twist, we can also see how the place had too many intended similarities with yohan's place. The FL has that crazy maniac vibe to her smartness and schemes. Tbh during the start i didnt like her much but how she beat up that old man and how she plots and especially that last scene. it can be taken as that she wont become a tool, that shes an equal opponent of yohan and romance definitely isnt her weakness, she wont melt down with a touch, she wont be defeated or betrayed using love or any sort of intimate relationship. Theres just too much depth in that scene i mean think outside the romance/bl plot, a lot is slowly unfolding in front of our eyes. The yohan and ga on push and pull dynamic just adds more to the story. It isnt just romance and stuff, its so much more than that, theres mistrust, theres a connection and a lot of confusion. This drama isnt just dialogues and narration. It somehow uses psychological manipulation, it asks for your take on stuff and then you have a whole different narrative. and OH. MY. GOD. im enjoying it so much.
Bro the execution of the story reminds me so much of beyond evil. I couldnt watch any thriller after i binge watched that show. But WOW this is going so good. Jisung is definitely a veteran actor, hes carrying the role so well
Same for me, I think if you are someone who typically watch shows about serial killers, everything in this drama…
Ikr, idk why people say it has got a complicated plotline and its fun when your guesses are proven right as the show progresses. I mean its not a "complicated plotline" the writer tried her best to creat a storyline that will be considered complicated but it failed imo. Its too easy to see where the drama is going. Its not complicated it just has multiple layers which weren't even needed. Again the basic storyline is good but the execution kinda failed it. OH YES I ENJOYED BEYOND EVIL TOO MUCH, but obviously both are different from each other
Even though the outline plot is predictable the detail and revealation is what this show makes it a masterpiece.…
well YES LSG really did so well tbh, that does explain the hype. but idk about the pitying part though i mean i really wanted to enjoy this like crazy but idk maybe I'll pick it up later some day. The plotline still attracts me tbh. I just didn't like the execution but thats just a personal opinion
Mouse is indeed predictable to some degree, but it's a fast-paced drama. Beyond Evil is such a slow burn drama…
heeyy this really helped lmao thanks a lot. Oh and yes many ppl found beyond evil slow paced and tbh i dont know what attracted me so much but i ended up binge watching it under 2 days lol so yeah it depends on preferences. But REALLY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS.
You read spoilers, maybe that's why you are not going to consider it exciting , instead, for those of us who are…
No i never read spoilerd until today. I said it was too predictable for me. This is the first drama which made me read the spoilers. Ive watched many dramas and spoilers are a big no no for me. And im also a huge fan of psychological thrillers/crime genre. Yes it may be one of the best for you and for so many since the performance from the actors was good. I dont know why yall think that im coming for the drama or the actors. Im just saying that from my experience it felt too predictable. I didn't read a single spoiler before 14th ep. I legit gave it all the chances to twist the storyline or reveal the twists with a bang but everything was so obvious at least til 14th ep. Thats just how i felt watching it. I actually feel kinda attacked rn lol because i dont skip scenes, episodes or read spoilers for any ongoing drama. Because i decided to drop it since my patience ran out thats why i was curious of knowing how did they end it.
Everyone has their own preference, you don't have to keep forcing yourself just because others think it's good. And…
I never said anything about it being good or bad , didnt even compare it with the other one its just that i watched these together. Im just saying its too predictable. I dont know what epic mystery you guys keep talking about. But yes youre right. :)
Omg then I must be dumb cuz I never expected JBR as the killer but then again I had no idea what it was gonna…
yeah same i didnt even watch the trailers. But the moment the child actor showed up i knew how they'll be handling it.. idk the only surprising thing was that HSJ is the HH in ep 1st but after that it was very meh for me
Okay yall. I need help. So I started watching mouse since it was getting so much hype. I was torn between what to watch first beyond evil or mouse, but i kept mouse for later since it looked more promising. BUT. literally wtf. Maybe i have watched too many mystery/psychological dramas? Im a person who doesnt catch up unless you put it right in front of me. But mouse was too predictable for me. After every so called jaw dropping reveal i rolled my eyes out loud. My usual rule is to drop a drama after 4-5 episodes if i dont find it interesting. But i kept watching because yall kept hyping it. Now i just got done with the 14th episode and no i cant do this anymore. Spoil the rest for me. Just tell me how it ends. I liked beyond evil a lot more than this tbh. Like i still go back to some of its episode and it still sends chills down my spine. No im not hating on the drama or the actors, its just that maybe i expected too much from it. I read some spoilers on twt as well, but im not surprised..? So after committing too much to this drama, at least id like to know how did the writer end it. Please spoil the remaining story for me. ;-;
Something tells me that i should not watch it as it airs but rather wait for it to finish airing so i can binge-watch it later. Im afraid ill drop this drama even though its going good till now
A drama with a remarkable begining, a what-the-hell-is-the-writer-high-on central story, a somehow heartwarming(?) ending.
Wow. I'd like you all to take a moment to think back and exhale. I wont say that I am lucky to be a part of this journey, but im definitely happy. Not satisfied but definitely happy. Mostly because of the actors and their phenomenal acting skills and because of you all. ♡
