In the beginning, she was totally happy with him, you can see it, it is only after he quits his job that she becomes very unhappy, but when she's with her 4 friends just before she finds out he quit his job, she is very condescending to her one friend who's husband has his own business, showing just that, she wants money. I do think and hope you are right though in that she'll calm down and realize that money isn't everything, that the love and care someone gives her means just as much if not more important than money. Yes, you need money to live, and yes it is nice to have, but the love of money is the root of all evil, I think she's come to realize that as well. I so agree with you on that. I see this all the time, people marrying for money, for me that is just despicable and shallow, to me, love comes first money comes after. I really do hope they stay together after dating again, I really do... :)

Okay thanks, I totally understand the miscarriage thing now. I really do hope she only likes KSH as a friend, I think I can sit easy on that according to the synopsis from Wikipedia, and I have to agree with you as well in that after the house, she's really realized her mistake, I think she realizes just how much he really did care for her too, especially when the house was built exactly to both his and HER specs. You are right as to him showing off when he comes around with the entourage of people, but I think it was to show her just what she lost out on by divorcing him as much as anything.

I dont like Kook Yeo-Jin either, shes more shallow than Ae Na is, you can see right through her, and I dont think its for money as her father is already rich. The only one I am worrying about is Ae Na falling for Kook Seung-hyeon, but it wouldnt be an Asian drama without these dumb and stupid love triangles. I find it very despicable, unneeded, frustrating and annoying having these dumb love triangles, the Kdramas are no better than the Jdramas for that reason.

Go over to Wikipedia, they have a somewhat different synopsis, and there they as a gold digger, they dont use that word, but they describe her as that. The synopsis at Wikipedia as well says they start dating the two of them, to me, thatll be the beginning of a new life together, even though it says he starts dating her to get revenge. I agree with you too in that she needs to realize he loved and still truly loves her. His actions right now are all out of hurt. Both times he tried to give her alimony, she refused it, I thought it was sad to make her sign a contract the 2nd time, but I think it was needed as well. I dont know where everyone is getting the idea of a miscarriage, I didnt catch that after watching it 3 times over, but he did bring money over at that point, so it isnt that he didnt want to help her out.

Tashe_12, I think hes just trying to save face, he saw her on TV saying what she said, as well she told him to get out of her life, then all of a sudden she wants back into his life, I think I would be doing the same thing, as much as he still loves her, he really needs to warm back up to her again, his feelings that is, I think if he truly wanted to be a jerk, he would have left her resume in the trash. I think that yes he is showing off, but only to let her see just what hes accomplished, I dont think it is for revenge, I think at the house, yes, he wanted her to feel some of the pain she put him through. You are right, it was sad that he did it, but like you said, it was needed. The walls have already started to crumble in around her, and for that I am most glad, reason why you ask, is so that she realizes what a HUGE mistake she made by hurting him.

She could plainly see he was doing his best, she could see he was not at all like her father and brother. I totally blame her for what she did, he still loves her, and anybody that cant see that needs a new brain in their head. As much as what she did was despicable, I still would like to see them back together in the end, if not, itll be just another stupid and crappy drama... What did he throw in her face, he tried to give her alimony twice, and allowed her to work in his company. Oh, Im sorry, he threw the house in her face as to him living there with someone else... My bad... If he didnt love her, he wouldnt have built that house in the first place and wouldnt have put flowers where she had said shed want them, nor would he have made the fireplace. He most certainly did not behave like her brother and father, they werent working, they were leeching, he at least was working and doing his best to make money, you cant compare the two. I dont believe for one minute he ignored the reality of their marriage. I just watched a drama where she left him because he was too nice to her, her words, so how is that a failure on his part of the marriage, my own ex-wife never loved me from the get go, only wanted a child, I was played like a fiddle, her father was the one that insisted we get married unbeknownst to me, I tried and worked very hard to keep that marriage together, how on earth would I be responsible for our marriage falling apart, likewise with him, he was doing his best, just because he made a promise that shed never have to work gives her the right to divorce him, I dont think so, life happens, how many promises have you made that you couldnt keep, did your hubby walk out on you, thats if youre married, yes she had to work hard, and I really commend her for that, but her attitude and actions by divorcing him, shallow...

Yeah, I have to disagree that her revenge is because of her pride, before her husband quit, shes with her four friends and puffs herself up and knocks down her one friend because her husband was running a business of his own, telling her how she wont have very much money and so on, on TV she again is showing her true colours. I know several families where the wife is the sole bread winner, did they split up on account of that, no, so in my books, she was very wrong for what she did, she was very shallow for what she did. It isnt that I dont like her, I find her very fiesty, but shallow.

Goldenmellow, why is she entitled to an apology, he was doing his best, he had potential and he was in a deadend job, she is a gold digger, no apology necessary. Marriage is not fantasy, it is hard work, teamwork, something she was most definitely not capable of, giving up after only 4 short years, Ive been married, I know what its about, and its most definitely not fantasy. She wasnt giving him a clean slate, she just didnt want anything to do with him, she told him to get out of her life, to buzz out of her life is what was translated. As soon as she found out he was rich, what did she do, hmm, I wonder. Goldenmellow, watch all 4 episodes again. Shes the villain, he tried, she locked him out, she divorced him, kicked him while he was down. No other word for it but despicable. She didnt want to tell him she was pregnant, just yet another famous womans move. When you get married, two become one, my body is no longer just my body, it is our body, thats what marriage is all about, so no, it wasnt her body any longer, it was her and his. If you are married and think that she didnt have to tell him, shame on you. Thats were affairs and so on start, secrets, secrets cause doubt, mistrust, divorces, etc. Her motives were harsh right from the get go, marrying for money, materialistic.
