I had no idea it was supposed to be a RomCom. LOL I never look at what MDL has listed as the genres because there are so many errors. It was ep 10 by the time I started.
I don't think I'm far off with my theory. Shut-in Son: I think he was the "suicide" girl's boyfriend. I think he found ball bearings/pellets and the cops wouldn't listen to him if not after she died. definitely after the mother did. I believe the mother was talking down and possibly wanting to sue Chi yeol and was killed by the son who is some kind of love thing for him. He probably still has the pen and finds it precious.
Mr. Ji: I believe he's the dead girl's brother. He's got an idolatry adoration thing for him. I think the target of the attack at the store was annoying banchan shop owner aka FL. (I'm sorry she bothers me greatly.) I think Chi Yeol will see his assistant with the pen and realize he's the brother. I think he will try another attack on the FL, especially after finding out she knew where to find ML. A kind of "bitch knows too much about my man" kind of move. I also believe he is the one that took the photos of the crazed student.
Online Mama and Annoyingly Jealous Daughter are going to wind up getting blacklisted from the Academy and blackballed by the other moms.
I think I'm close, especially about Mr. Ji. Or I could be way off and the shut in did it, but he's too easy.

Neither do I. I feel my frustration, but not their chemistry if that makes any sense. TBH, I adore Jung Kyung Ho, but I have never felt chemistry with him and any romantic lead. I love him for his bromances. The only actress I've seen him have chemistry with is the FL from Hospital Playlist and that's probably because they were friends.
I'm in episode 9 and I think CCiR has successfully driven me off the deep end. Does anyone else find themselves screaming "Tell her the truth before it's too late," at their screens?
