I once abandoned it unfinished for some sudden interruption. Then forgot about it. Now watching again. At episode 7 and really like the story. It's different from any BL or lakorn. And the acting especially is great (i mean it has first and gun, what do you expect). But what i can't get onboard with, same as the first time, White falling for Sean. This is such a classic mainstream lakorn nagek attitude. This guy constantly bullies him, for understandable reasons from the guy's pov since he thinks white is black and he can't understand the sudden change and hence can't trust him. But why's White falling for him? Exactly Sean doing what makes him fall for him? Is it the choking? Or the boxing? Or the other bullying stuff? Having compassion for his condition and so forgiving his actions is one thing, but love! Instead, I'd have appreciated seeing Sean falling for White while watching him change for a different person and helping everyone. And then him going after White or something. Episode 8: Omaigod i cant! He tied him up after what he did for him and he'll still keep following him and falling for him! White is such a doormat!
I have just started watching and at episode 3 and Sayon annoys me so much. That girl has no respect for Do has' boundaries and then Do ha says that her getting in scandal is his fault too. The only way he could be be held at fault for this is him not getting her a 5 year masterclass in understanding other people's privacy. Ironically, she has perfect toxic fan traits.
I m not happy or sad after watching this show because I can't understand what is going on. How old and young ml…
The old ml was the real ml, Nam Si Heon, who went back to his original body after the plane accident that he's gonna have in Yeon Jun's body. And the young ml is Si Heon still in Yeon Jun's body about to have the plane accident. The old ML came to warn the young to not board the plane so this ongoing cycle of him dying and then fl missing him and going into Minju's body and so on can stop.

I loved Yunru's character writing and how Ko Chia Yen played her or she was directed to play. She changed her whole body language to suit the character. Her eyes always looking down, insecure.
As someone who did watched the original, I really tried watching ATCY with no biases. But it is hard to do so…
I think the actors are playing the characters differently too (not a bad thing), not exactly like the ogs. The Fl's portrayal of both the characters are different from KCY. Even when she's the other girl in the past, she's not exactly gloomy. She's sad, and introverted and lonely but in a cute way, not gloomy in the true sense like Chen Ru yu was. Chen Ru Yu had a darkness and selfishness about her which stemmed from the constant neglect, lack of love and loneliness. You could feel she is on the verge of doing something bad to either herself or others. Like if Satan made an offer, she'd have accepted in a heartbeat. The desperation was so palpable. Hers was a grey character. This could also be a writing and directing flaw. They aren't being able to capture the emotions properly so far. I am at episode 3 and I am still liking the story and actors. But there are obviously differences.
