I think she couldn't have recognized any of it. She is showing signs of cognitive impairment due to her illness. The symptoms are not just restricted to her not being able to recognize faces. Also, she mentions she is feeling dizzy. So she is not really in a position to recognize things correctly.
Ideally, she should no longer be actively involved in whatever mission hyunwoo and co take up. I hope better sense prevails them all now onwards and haein is left to rest and recuperate in Yongduri. Both mammas can take good care of her and get that WBC count up.

Yes! I agree with you. Dragging the illness through episode 2 till now without addressing it like a real issue, is somewhat a weak plot! Itโs unconvincing that a person who is terminally ill, has effectively less than 2 months left will not show any physical signs of the disease.

It's unbelievable how of all the 5 nominees, only ksh is being targeted as being unworthy. It's Okay to leave out other 4 just because they aren't as popular as ksh and can't be easily targeted? Sure they are all phenomenonal in their roels, but so is ksh. People need to stop acting bitter just bcoz their fav didn't make the cut.

He is doing black comedy, romance, angst, pain, frustration, restrained cry, anquished cry, action all of it. Just because other nominees are obviously doing great acting, doesn't mean his nuanced performance should be overlooked.
All korean critics and koreans are praising his acting. There is like 100 articles about why this drama is popular and what he is bringing to the table with his performance. He is consistently trending on Korean portals hot topic. He is being recognized and praised unanimously.
Every episode at least one of his scenes has been going viral.
You should read all those articles and comments, before rashly dismissing his performance as unworthy of nomination.
