Its a flat and very uninspired character. There really isn't much to understand. She just needs to do one thing, look beyond herself and communicate in a healthy way. But she refuses to do so. Hyunwoo begs her twice to give him a chance to explain his stance on divorce, but she dismisses him point blank. Left with no choice, he is driven to act in a way which makes her hate him. She falls for it and strips him off his dignity by carrying out audit checks on him, hacking his phone, tailing him, tracking his financial transactions. I mean WOW! What sort of rubbish is that?? And we are expected to understand her??

We need to see Hae In for what she really is. Self absorbed and emotionally stunted and so far, she refuses to acknowledge it and change.

This fl is literally the worst fl character I have ever seen in kdramas. 8 episodes and she shows no signs of improvement/growth. Still no efforts to communicate with her husband.

After torturing him for thinking of divorce, she has a epiphany (which we never get to see) and decides to divorce him for his own good. Literally the most ridiculous thing of this show so far.

She thinks she is being sacrimonous by freeing him, while that man is cursing himself, on a guilt trip for planning to divorce her. Why can't she come clean and own up to her mistakes to him, so that he is freed of the guilt? He is out there busting himself trying to save her, her family business and evrything possible. But she has no kind words or a smile to spare for him.

Hong Hae In is not full of pride? Are we watching the same show? She is literally one of the most self centered and egoistic FL ever.

Sometimes I can't understand what's with these twitter algorithms. I am not able to see the trends on Hyunwoo, Haein and even actor hashtags. I am only seeing #QueenOfTearsEp7 in my trends.

if Hae in cared about hyunwoo, she would allow him a chance to explain his stance on divorce. he kept requesting, but she didn't heed. Hae In cares for no one but herself. She is selfish and self absorbed to the core.

So till she gets there, it's okay for her to keep treating him like this? What I am saying is, regardless of divorce discovery, she has always been like this to him at workplace and she is far from realizing that her husband deserves to be respected by her.

Hyunwoo never insulted her. There can't be such a comparison. Hyunwoo wanting divorce is the result of her mistreatment of him.

You didn't get my point. She can feel hurt without PUNISHING or HUMILIATING him. But the fact that she chooses those as a measure of retaliation/expressing her hurt/anger shows what kind of a person she is.

So instead of understanding why he wanted divorce in the first place, she has decided to punish and humiliate him. How insufferable can she get? Really not understanding where this fl is going and why anyone should root for her. She has no bone of humility and no consideration for her husband's feelings. She is toxic as hell.

It's already disappointing to see him question her about their sleeping arrangements and even use her silence to drive a wedge between the couple by feeding lies to both parties. She is way beyond the point of being a disappointment. They better show her redeem herself.

The way fl shows utter disrespect and disregard to her husband in front of others, is what gives them the long rope to treat ml like nobody. coz how dare a random business associate ask her about their marital life and sleeping arrangements??

This fl is so self absorbed and toxic, she doesn't realize her husband is being humiliated by an outsider. That man is touching her hair, holding her shoulder and she is allowing all of this right in front of her husband.

People here are criticizing hyunwoo for not being able to give it back to eunsung even though he is a skilled lawyer. How can he when his wife doesn't give him any sort of husbandly treatment or respect in front of that man? She doesn't give him any confidence that he can say anything harsh to Eunsung, even if he is enraged and wants to.

Exactly! She is so self absorbed! Did she really think theirs was a happy marriage, given how he was being treated by her family and herself? She never learned to look beyond herself. Character with a princess syndrome! Someone rightly said.

Can someone please explain to me, in the preview for ep7, is FL planning to kick out ML from the company? There was a dialogue to similar effect.

The only sane and bearable ppl in this drama are Hyunwoo, Aunt Boom ja and Hae Ins father. Rest all are either dumb or too full of themselves.

👏👏👏👏👏 to evrything you said! What an annoying brattish character this fl is! Clearly PJE's weakest fl to date. Chennai Seong Yi and Yoon Se RI were on another level. They were haughty, had spank and had a wonderfully charming side to them.
The fl in qot is just doesn't hit the right spot, at least until now.

Word of caution to those still slandering ML: His agency had denied all rumors and also warned legal action against any malicious comments.
They are taking this very seriously.

is there a rule ml can't be praised without clubbing with fl? You can very well praise both of them individually without trying to assert your point in a comment which praises ml. That's just plain insecurity.
