I was the same. I think it's coz of the music. It was terrible. Because I know for sure it wasn't the acting, since if you mute it, it looks so intense. But they've upped the game since ep 3-4...The music is better thank god.

I'm so glad to hear that. I agreed with a lot of his choices, they made sense to me. Even though they may seem brutal and harsh, I think he was mostly forced into these choices in order to acheive a bigger dream. I've seen kings in Korean history do worse and are portrayed positively as well as thought of highly despite their horrific actions. King Injos reign was a wreck and useless. I like the way Gwanghe is portrayed in this drama. I can't wait to see more eps too! Maybe when it's over we can do a collab for this historical <33

Hana Kimi is by far one of my fav Japanese dramas of all time! love Shuffle was adorable and funny. I'd only ever heard of Stand Up as for the rest I will immediately get started on this list. I LOVE Japanese comedies but ididnt know where to start looking for good ones. Thanks for this article ❤️

This drama just keeps leaving me breathless. Time and time again. It's been a while since I've had strong feels for an airing drama!! I love every second of it. I look forward to next weeks episodes and the week after and the weeks to come.

As the Writer of this article I rarely enjoy the plot device amnesia. I fully agree with what you are saying. Feelings of frustration and annoyance are usually triggered whenever amnesia is used in a drama... To the point that I want to hurt my poor laptop ;) This Article simply highlights the best and worst of Amnesia. Sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn't ---for me ;)

I agree 100% for QIM and as for Fated to Live you it was stupid and annoying but I still somehow enjoyed it. Though they really really really could've done without the useless amnesia!

I haven't watched those dramas you mentioned but the best use of amnesia for me was in Time of Dog and Wolf and Autumns Concerto. They were necessary to drive the plot forwards... Most of the time/nowadays amnesia is used for Makjang and to buy some time before moving on with the plot. Either ways I facefloor when I see the word Amnesia anywhere near a drama.

I 100% agree. I was ready to cry tears of blood when he said "who are you?" But 2 seconds later I was crying tears of happiness and laughter at the biggest joke in Kdrama history. It was such a perfect scene.
