I binged all 5 eps and the premise is looking promising! The production quality is high and both Weilong & Jinmai looking so good . I'm loving the height difference too!😋

One more mother added to my "Worst mothers in cdrama" list 😭. Sorry but not sorry, her actions doesn't make any sense to me .

Can we talk about how absolutely cold-hearted Mumu’s mother is? Even when they told her Jin Zhao had returned, she didn't even bother to look back. It’s infuriating to watch. She is essentially the architect of his trauma—the very first person who planted the seeds of his inferiority complex. For nearly a decade, she treated him like an omen of 'bad luck' rather than a child who needed a home.

Her behavior wasn't just 'strict'; it was emotionally abusive. By constantly labeling him as a burden and a source of misfortune, she forced him to grow up believing he was inherently flawed . Seeing her remain so indifferent until now shows that she hasn't changed at all. It makes Jin Zhao’s struggle for redemption even more heartbreaking because he’s still fighting the 'bad luck' label she branded him with years ago .

guys anybody know what was Mumu talking about during that scene in ep 27 when jin zhao was in the bath tub ? And why did they cut it ?? They didn't even kiss...so why??
