No! Everything is different from the Spanish movie Culpa mia. Just watch starting few eps and you'll understand. I have watched Culpa Mua and i can say "speed and Love" is far better than it, be it the storyline, the romance, the chemistry, the tension, the cinematography etc! Everything is top-notch 🔥.

No! It's not bcuz they are not Step-siblings. FL' father had a friend who died and he had a son. So fl's father took that boy (ML) in to raise him bcuz he had no other family left. They never adopted him so they aren't siblings. Moreover FL's mother was even against it.
