Plot is a mess. 8 episodes and all that's happened is he transforms into his younger self and is betrayed by his close ones (basically all that's in the synopsis). Very disappointed as this was a drama I was looking forward too this season..
Albeit unrealistic in many aspects (K-drama logic), Innocent man was a great series and the main cast was superb. Song Joong Ki and Park Shi Yeon particularly. Although an antagonist I enjoyed every moment Park Shi Yeon appeared on screen, she was able to express emotions vividly and really lived up to the character of Jae Hee. And Song Joong Ki.. No words. Just amazing. Also I was soo surprised when I found out that my absolute favourite OST in the drama was sung by the man himself. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFa2M3CauJM
Anyone been able to find eng subs for ep 4? This is why i hate following my J-dramas while they are airing.. Take's…
Now it seems like we'll have to wait the same amount of time for ep 5 even though raw is out :( Seriously considering just putting this on hold until everything is aired. I love the show but don't like waiting this long for each ep..
First few episodes have been surprisingly good. Hope it maintains the same quality. Lee Jong Suk's acting underwhelmed me in his previous drama (IHYV) but I think here he's shown he can do better and is willing to improve.
Have not liked the scriptwriting for this drama one bit. Very insipid. Still watching for SHK and Nara, so hopefully the plot progresses into something better.
they kind of butchered the manga. the characters aren't true to the original ones at all, they brought in a lot…
Drama adaptions are known to change the source material to suit the flow of the drama, so I don't know how this qualifies as a weakness. However I guess if you've read the manga prior to the series it could be annoying. I know I felt that way with nodame cantabile. Loved the manga/anime, but the K-drama adaption was unbearable for me to watch. What did you not like about the script though? So far I think they're doing a great job with that.

This drama really underwhelmed me.. Too much crying, and far too little development of the characters for us to feel any sort of empathy or emotions for them. The whole "Revenge attitude" by Min Hyuk was pathetic and most of the time unbearable to watch. Also the building up to the romance was a huge disappointment. Not recommended for ppl who enjoy a coherent story.. Props to Hwang Jung Eum though, one of the only reasons i didn't drop the show earlier then i did.
Hmm. The last few episodes were outstanding. Wish I could give them a separate rating then the rest of the show, All in all I am glad I watched this. Direction was not perfect, however the acting of the main leads were what made this show special.
Doesn't get much better then this. The writing and execution of this show is EXCELLENT. Take note though that it has a strong sense of realism, so watchers who are more used to the standard k-drama (with all the overuesd tropes) may not enjoy it as much.
HIGHLY recommended! 9/10
Just finished this, and wow am I glad that I gave it a chance. It conveyed the thoughts & feelings of the characters so naturally without making it feel forced at all. Loved every minute of it. It takes an open mind to truly appreciate it though.
Highly recommended 9/10
